HELLO!I HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN TO YOU AND IM NOT SURE IF I RECIEVED ANY HELP.ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS THAT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PAYMENT FROM THIS AWFUL CASINO.THEY OWE ME 1200$!THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND.THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OR LIVE CHAT!THEY ARE SICK OF HEARING FROM ME.I KNOW THAT YOU SAID YOU DONT PROMOTE THIS CASINO ANYMORE BUT PEOPLE SAY YOU ARE THE ONE THAT CAN HELP.THEY KEEP SAYING ITS IN THE MAIL, ITS BEEN SENT OUT,ITS OUT OF OUR HANDS?CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME?MY EMAIL IS *snip*

I really don't think typing in caps is going to solve your problem.

He would be about the only one that could as this casino and others dont care, please let this be a lesson learned, dont play at those places anymore, play at the ones that will pay you within 24 hours, they are listed here.If Max cant help, just keep bugging the bull crap out of them, make it a everyday habit to give them hell by chat, emails and phone calls, atleast you can get some satisfaction from those asswipes, knowing that your pissing them off by doing it imo.........good luck................laurie
 
As indicated above there has been a Warning against Golden Lounge for some time: Golden Lounge: confiscations, unresponsive CS.

Given that the best I can do is submit your Pitch-A-Bitch (PAB) to them and hope for the best. Unfortunately I don't have the time to chase PABs against Rogue or 'Pending Rogue' -- which include all casinos with standing Warnings against them -- casinos.

No problem. vegetagirl just mentioned it because it's a culture thing on Casinomeister forums, we take ALLCAPS to mean shouting. Live and learn. :thumbsup:
 
Looks like you will finally get paid Chazandmar!! I've read some of your posts on other forums, and can feel your frustration. Get a PAB in ASAP, so Max can get it sorted for you!!
 
Yup, everything has changed now that 32Red is involved: the Pitch-A-Bitch process starts with the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. Please note that you are expected to have read that FAQ and know your PAB responsibilities.
 
I guess it is official now, I asked to reopen my account which I had closed previously due to GL's issues, c/s acknowledged as of this aft the deal is done but account changes cannot be done until the 15th.
 
At least you can rest assured that everything will be OK now that Ed and Pat will be looking after you! Well done 32Red :thumbsup:
