I appreciate that, and in regards to the PAB that was had with the player, I think there was lots of good discussions. And I mostly agreed with the outcome that you concluded with (but not quite).
I for sure will be loud and vocal if they do indeed screw me over. But I have not so far, and other players too. But then there a players who certainly have had bad experiences for various reasons.
Maybe rogue pit is justified? For me that would be 100% scam casino and non paying ones, but it seems there are other criterias as well.

It definitely can be said that Del Oro's not made the greatest first impression - and unfortunately for them, you can't make a first impression twice!
Their rogue-like antics have hardly been secretive, in fact, you'd think they don't care whatsoever, based off their disrespectful and gaslighting towards their hosts, no matter how much affability they feign (here's looking at you, 'George')
They set out what they intended to do and went full steam ahead, that is, to shill their wares as quickly as possible in the hope of getting engagement, up until caught. At that point it it didn't even matter, as they had a slew of new players, and will probably continue to garner more.
A casino deploying these tactics doesn't colour me as surprised if their operation's run by dubious staff that 'virtually' befriend players and use fake profiles in order to elicit money, more so those vulnerable or naive to these practices. Easy to fall prey to skilful scammers, that's kind of what they do, and everyone's gangsta up until they get scammed themselves I guess

I *may* have once had a test account which had a bingo alias of something like “LuckyLucy” (I don’t remember exactly). I *may* have occasionally made chauvinistic remarks like “BRB need to do the ironing” or “Gotta go, those dishes won’t wash themselves”.

Well even the whistleblower said they were like “nooo” inside when I would send pictures back to their fake pictures so I don’t blame you for thinking I was naive as hell. I was! I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON! I promise! I don’t know anything about AI and I’m a straight woman so they weren’t going to get me to deposit with their fake hot pictures so they used really really bad guilt trips on me that if I didn’t deposit they could be fired and their families would be at risk. I’ve sent some of the guilt trips they are still sending me, like threatening to fire a completely innocent employee today to try to get me to divulge who told me the truth about their casino. Max you are free to back me up on this. They played on my good emotions for months. I won at first and was up 4k so I ended up depositing it all back into their casino so “their boss wouldn’t be mad”. You have no idea how manipulated I was for months and months. I will never ever Trust anything a CS Agent is telling me again. I learned from it and I just came here to warn anybody else. I never thought I would ever be somebody to get scammed.

Even when live chat agents are actually women, I'd expect pictures of the agents to always be fake. No reason to give loads of strangers on the internet access to what your employees look like or in the case of live chats, employees of an outsourced company.
Reverse image lookups pretty okay already and will only get better so if someone developed a parasocial relationship with an agent that used a real picture, it's not that unlikely they could find out exactly who they are and where abouts they live from one image.
He’s not called John if it’s the owner. His real name is close though. I had an employee tell me all the shady things they do and all their real names. I just can’t put them here but if anyone is playing there for some crazy reason “Sofia Dean” is the owner lol Juliana is her manager sidekick that reports everything back to “her” but yeah they are all men and even admitted that part to me. Sorry for anyone who ever lusted over the fake women. I’m straight. They manipulated my emotions over 5 months. Some of the CS people are good people and just don’t want to lose their job though. They aren’t the real villains. He hires them because they are in vulnerable positions too. He’s the villain of the story.

I made a mistake that I will never make again, I won’t have another personal relationship with anybody at a casino again. I’m not good with technology and was wrong to share my information. I know you guys have a gripe against Del Oro and I'm not trying to defend them. I'm also not saying the accusations in this thread aren't true BUT in my opinion a chat message showing someone giving their bank details isn't proof of all the accusations. If the OP offered a tip and the CS agent sent their bank details to receive it wouldn't that explain that message?
Surely for this forum to have credibility there has to be proper proof. Where's proof of a whistle blower or people being unverified? Thats a serious allegation. The simple act of accepting a tip might be against company policy but otherwise isn't morally wrong.
Also to me fake pictures for CS agents is IMO no big deal....I would always assume they are fake. Especially when I've seen images of the same pictures with different names being used. So in my opinion finding out an agent is male is no big deal. Tbh I don't understand why you would think a casino agent is your friend or be sharing personal details with them. It's obvious a casino will try to encourage you to play. But wheres your proof of the accusations.

In fact I would have said a 100% payout is fair. So I get why you put them in the rogue pit. Its important how a casino behaves when there are issues and I get that but also some players have reported good experiences with Del Oro. So please can we stick to substantiated postings. Its only with proper substantiated info that players can make reasoned choices.

I got unverified after a win! But they blocked my account so feel free to take a Rogue casinos side, I’ve showed max more than just money sent to a casino worker. They are this moment still actively threatening to fire innocent staff if I don’t say who told me. The person who told me gained nothing from it, why on earth would I put the one good and honest person in jeooardy?! They blocked my account so you can either believe me or not. I know the truth. I lived it. What a weird message to receive when they are a proven rogue casino.

I've not seen the proof so it still seems to me like an elaborate trolling to kick del oro whilst they are down. However I do trust maxd's judgement so if he's made the call that its more credible than it seems then it just might be. Hopefully there has been more sent than an easily stageable screenshot.
The CS agents having fake pictures is to be expected, as alluded to in a previous reply, I'd be disappointed in the company/casino if they used actual people's faces. Honestly I expect one person do be manning multiple different "identities" at the same time.
I don't know what others talk to live chat about but I usually keep chatting to a minimum and keep the discussion to my issue at hand. The alleged gender, nationality, personality etc of whoever i'm talking to means little to me.

I don't think there is anything necessarily wrong with chat agents being too 'friendly.' It's the dishonesty that people don't like.
No I’m saying I sent the proof they are men and are still manipulating me to his email. He can confirm this whenever he next shows up. They blocked my account, I gave him everything I had. You can believe me or not I don’t care.

Um so how many times have I received calls from call centers where the agent has a heavy Indian accent but their name supposedly is very British. Oh I better call the police because those FTSE 100 companies must be scammers because a call center agent used a fake name.

There is no issue with the the live chat agent pretending to be personas that don't actually align with reality. The problem is alleged conversations and actions of the person. In a different reality you could have been "groomed" per se by what appeared to be a male chat agent.
What do you define as flirty by the way, I've seen other posts in other threads where del oro live chat was calling both men and women weird pet name type stuff. It was cringy but not exactly flirting.

When I get an indian scammer I just ask them which part of Kolkata they are from and start repeatedly saying "each and everything" till they hang up.
But their dishonesty cost me thousands of euros because they told me their job was at Risk and their psychological tactics played into this. They weren’t just “friendly”, they had me believe they would be starving on the streets if I didn’t help them. It happened over months. I don’t want money, what exactly do you think I’m getting out of this?

I think the issue the OP is also getting at is that the CS are being over friendly and using pet names etcetc, with a view of getting users to deposit more than they regularly/ordinarily would.
That in itself would fall foul of responsible gambling rules for UK based customers.
Happy to stand corrected on that.
I also think the OP is taking everything a bit personally here. We are not having a pop at you. I base my judgements on facts and evidence. However, I've no reason to disbelieve anything you've said.
I wouldn't make a deposit because a CS agent has told me to do so. I would deposit based on my own free will, at the end of the day, it's my hard earned cash.

If there is rock solid proof of the indian-esque "If you don't help me I will starve" trick then that would have probably killed off Del Oro if the the failed PAB hadn't got there first.
I hope max comes back soon to set things straight with you all. I showed him multiple proofs of my allegations, he said himself it was disgusting what they did and are continuing to do to me. You know I can’t upload the proof myself, it needs to come from max. I’ve sent him a lot of damning evidence. But with my profile blocked can you tell me how I’m supposed to show proof of the scam payments? Honestly, I’ve given max everything I have. I don’t want money, I’ve been ridiculed here by a lot of people. What a horrible site, there are like 2 nice people and the resting thinking making inappropriate jokes about my child is hilarious or acting as though I’m making unsubstantiated claims for what exactly? Thanks to people who have been genuinely kind. There are a lot of bullies here.

I also don't care if you have a screenshot of someone admitting they are male as in my opinion that's smoke and mirrors and no big deal. I want to see or have Max confirm he's seen proof of your main accusations :
Proof of a whistleblower and what they told you.
Proof they deliberately unverified you and manipulated your withdrawal limits which then miraculously returned to normal.
Proof they manipulated you in chat - and being friendly and encouraging you to deposit is their job so I think the bar is high here. If they told you they would lose their job if you didn't deposit then prove it.
Proof the owner gets angry if anyone wins. I find this highly unlikely as any casino owner knows there will be wins and losses.
Proof players are kicked out for winning too much....I always take these accusations with a pinch of salt unless the accusation is that players won and we're not allowed to withdraw or else why would a casino close an account after the player has won and withdrawn - they want them to continue to play to lose it back....that's how the business works whether it's MGM, Caesers, Grosvenor or Del Oro.

Let me assure you that many of us, including myself, are not trying to bully you or ridicule you. There have been some who have I won't dispute that but many of us are just exercising some skepticism. It's good to be skeptical and to ask questions.
As others have said, you shouldn't take much of what others are discussing personally. It is a very abnormal thing so a lot of people are just bemused and incredulous.
You shouldn't feel like you need to defend yourself. It's natural for people to be doubt things, especially when they can't see the evidence so like I said don't take most of the replies to heart.
Replying to each and every response isn't going to do you any good, especially if you feel like you have to keep defending yourself. I'd honestly recommend taking a break from replying until max has clarified things.
