Hi there! I know Del Oro already has a bad reputation on here but I want anybody who was ever burned by them to know the FULL truth is much much worse than simply confiscating winnings.

for one, I am a woman and all of the reps there are “beautiful women” but a while ago I got contacted by an employee at del oro that everything they said was a lie; ALL of the reps on del oro are men and it shook me to the core because I had been sending pictures of me and my DAUGHTER to them thinking they were all women. One fake woman in particular a Juliana (aka *snip*) let me send her 100 euro with me thinking she was my real friend. I learned that the owner (*snip* is his real name but he goes by John here and other forums) gets very angry if ANYBODY wins and his tactics include unverifying players in the hope they will Spend their winnings and saying it was a “mistake”; he also kicks players out for winning too much and with me personally my withdrawal limit was 1500 but I was only allowed to was 1200 one day for no reason and again, magically fixed when the money was gone. Their talk about high RTP is a lie, I’ve gone through nearly 1000 dead spins before. When I confronted them on what I knew I was told their Life was in danger (lol how?!! Am I going to hit them with a potato from Ireland?!) and then they just blocked my profile. I just wanted to assert what was already said, this site is the most messed up and psychologically damaging casino I have ever played at in my life. The person I actually sent the money to is a bad person called *snip* who reports everything back to his Boss. They make their employees write fake good reviews if you have any way of letting casino guru know that. The whole site is a scam.

Apologies @shnade34 for the “snip”s in your post. If we allow their real names to appear on the forums they can complain that we’re allowing private info to be published and that could get us into hot water that we don’t need. That said, thank you for coming forward with this, you’ve done a good thing.

Wow! What a rant. I have removed some names in case they are genuine as you cannot attack individuals in public without evidence. I have left the chat aliases in but not your assertions of real names.

Just to clarify, what precisely do you mean 'sent 100 euros to'? As in deposit, or as it sounds like, some kind of gift or tip?

Try and be more expansive rather make it all sound like a rant!

Thanks.

This seems very ranty, and some of it does not make sense.. why did you indeed send pictures of your daughter?

Because they weren’t like normal casino employees they said I was special and their friend, they encouraged me to talk about my personal life and the *snip* person got that money from me to their bank account as a tip because I thought they were my real friend. They said they would send me their “friends” Iban but the brave employee that told me the whole truth told me the manager’s name and that’s when I went back to check the bank details and it was *snips* name. Nothing about the company was professional, I was encouraged to share my life with them and genuinely thought they were women. I was admittedly extremely naive and that’s why I’m so grateful to the employee who saw I was kind and told me the truth about everything with nothing to gain. They didn’t want money or romance. Nothing, they just saw I was a good trusting person. Then when I confronted the casino my account got blocked. This is beyond a scamming casino, these fake “women” had me shed real tears about them loads of times and everything they said was a lie to get me deposit more like telling me not to use bonuses or their boss would be angry and they were my “friends”. The whole thing reads like some thriller series but it really happened to me and damaged my trust in people immensely. I came here because I realised you are the only site that has them sussed for who they really are. Thank you for validating me. I was gaslighted by them for months.

@shnade34 , perhaps I can offer a few words of clarification. Over the years we have seen countless people post on the forums in an attempt to slander or belittle a person, or a casino, or you name it. As I hope you can understand that makes everyone a little sceptical when they see a highly critical post that doesn’t appear to have supporting evidence.

Now in your particular case I can certainly see why your post was presented the way it was in an attempt to alert others to the “unpleasant” situation you found yourself in at this casino. That said, the other members looking for something more substantial before they accept what you’ve posted at face value is also fair game. Whether you can offer that or not is up to you, but please don’t think that it is an attack aimed at you personally because it isn’t: it’s basically just an attempt to avoid being persuaded by a difficult story that may or may not be true.

I can see why you think I’m ranting, I’m admitting I was naive but you have no idea what it was like. They pretended they were my real friends over months and I believed them but through that encouraged me to deposit more (I’m not here to get any money back). I just wanted others to stay away. Part of their training is to pretend they are your real friend and they are giving you better bonuses because you are soooo special. They asked for pictures and sent fake pictures of themself too. I’ve never played at a casino like it, I now I’m an idiot but that casino is rotten to the core.

I can send Proof just tell me where to, if people are doubting me. My only intentions here were from a good place. I can’t send it here because it has the names you snipped

Hi, if you want to send proof please address that to max.drayman@casinomeister.com . If necessary we can discuss that via email before we say or do anything further here on the forums.

- Max

Moderators obviously you can’t approve this because bank details are involved but can you at least let them know I’m not lying or coming here to rant? I’m genuinely disgusted by what that company is about. I was fed a fake sob story for the money to be sent

OK, I am in receipt of what appears to be the final message in a conversation between the OP and someone at Del Oro passing along banking info and thanking the OP for “your gesture”. My guess is we’re talking about a genuine complaint here.

Now this thread scares me.

If the casino acted like that its real bad.

But I feel more worried about the OP. At 34 years old it worries me that you would be so trusting and believe what you are told. Then to send photos then money to an employee at a casino. It's unheard of and really worrying.

Sincerely hope you learn from this and are less trusting of people you are in contact with online from now on.

And being serious here if you get emails from any rich Nigerians please delete them.

gets very angry if ANYBODY wins
hahahahha, guess what can happen in a casino. Bunch of amateurs.

Sorry to hear you fell for their tactics @shnade34 - Given I have experience with customer interaction systems it was from day 1 obvious to me that all employees were a fake.

If you have an account with me somewhere, ill give you the 100 euros back. Just send me a PM. In return i want a picture of your daughter though.

The pictures of those attending to the chat were a big clue! No "normal" looking people
probably stock images, couldnt bother to google the images, but 100% fake yeah!

I’m sorry I ever came here, I admitted I was naive but I’m not seasoned in any of this or a seasoned gambler. Thanks to the weirdly callous people for laughing at my experience though. Thanks to the people who were kind. I was just trying to help anybody else who ever went into the casino. Some of you are so unkind for no reason, you really must lead happy lives

I checked ask gamblers and casino guru first, I didn’t know this site existed. I was duped over months and my only reason for coming here was to be kind to anybody else that dealt with this casino. Not everybody is a degenerate gambler and knows all the “tricks”. I checked 2 rating sites before I signed up but they make their own employees create them. I thought askgamblers was trustworthy. I don’t see what you’re getting out of being mean when I already said I made a mistake trusting them and had learned my lesson

TBH i believed OP's post right away - as there was a message from a French guy about Del Oro's tricks in another thread where he mentioned that Oro said you're part of our family, don't go away, your win should come soon, etc - plus something cashback related that kept him in.
