Payment was processed this morning, 15 days in total since requesting withdrawal.

Zero correspondence since it was requested, no apology, nada.
If they do this to the affiliate then it hardly fills me with confidence as a regular player.
I’ll definitely avoid this place.

It was a player. Despite Lucus's assurances I wouldn't be playing here. Still waiting for an answer to my post about my bonus too in the other thread.

Apologies for that I thought it was a affy.
That said, the hooha on this thread was enough to steer me away from the casino.

Hi Colin, while this was only recently brought to our attention, we are first investigating together with our UK platform provider (FSB) as to whether the links are actually not tracking, or whether the stats are not syncing from the UK affiliate traffic. At this stage I myself don't have a confirmation on what was the cause of the issue, therefore we are in contact with FSB and currently waiting to hear back from them with the info of what actually happened and why, + fix. Moreover, yes we will be notifying our affiliates via email as soon as possible be it either of the outcomes.( UK player stats not showing or UK affiliate trackers not working ).

kind regards,
Lucas

Did this ever get resolved?

I am concerned with the aff tracking issue - I had to remove links as two separate people claim to have joined (that I know about) via my pages and yet I have no record of even recruiting a player in the brief time I advertised them before I became aware of issues both with tracking and player payments.

From what I could see when testing the CM aff link, there was zero possibility of players from the UK ever being tracked as it GEO IP redirected to a completely different domain.

And therein lies my issue. I lost out on one big depositor and at least one or two others. Very bad.

Lucas came back to me 29 September stating that this was being looked into. Made and offer in case the tracking couldn't be resolved. On 1 October I told him that this was unacceptable, and that loads of affiliates are being affected the same way, and that they should be informed. And now it's more than a month later and...

I was out most of October, but I'm back now. And yeah, this is affecting their score...or it will be.

They lost all points for responsiveness and meister points. So yeah, that brought them to a 5.7.

Its pretty shocking of they haven't informed affiliates, there will be loads out there with active links who aren't getting paid, so in effect being ripped off as FV have known about the issue for over a month now.

Maybe longer than that...?

I started promoting them when they first launched - back in November 2016.
My website is totally amazing  and though it doesn't get many visitors I always get a few sign-ups to any new casino I add - but with FV.... nothing.

So after less than 4 months I dumped them because their (very limited) affiliate reporting said I had NO sign-ups at all, and it just didn't seem right.
I was hoping they might have improved things since then, but seeing this thread now, it appears maybe not much has changed.

Arent those withdrawals that took a long time worth a con/a mention aswell? I know they got sorted and paid out in the end but still not a great situation for the Players affected.

Also, its still Iran only in the list, just saying as im not sure if thats still intended :D

Ok - so as dunover previously mention he did alert me to this issue some time ago. However, it was my understanding that this was a single player and with a single player there could be a number of potential explanations for this issue that would not necessarily point to any concern of merit. Yesterday it came to my attention that I'd seriously misjudged this issue and that it was far wider reaching than I'd believed it to be.

Working through this situation rationally I'm sorry to say that I have very serious misgivings and that we will be taking action with regard to Freaky Vegas with immediate effect.

Firstly, Lucas has stated that this issue was being investigated as far back as the 10th of October with a statement of "we are first investigating together with our UK platform provider (FSB) as to whether the links are actually not tracking". Unfortunately that's not good enough. Casinomeister is an affiliate site with serious traffic levels and a significant foothold in the UK market. Where they report that they do not have a single UK player registered over a substantial time frame there is no investigation needed to confirm that there is an issue tracking UK players. The probability that the Casinomeister site has not sent a single player from the UK over the time they've been working with Freaky Vegas is negligible. That being the case, this stat in of itself is enough to demonstrate that there is an issue tracking UK players. No further investigation is required. That other affiliates are reporting similar issues strongly indicates that this issue is not specific to the Casinomeister account.

Today is the 10th of November. In the intervening 31 days no statement has been issued to affiliates. In this interim we can say with a high level of confidence that UK traffic is not being tracked/reported correctly, yet affiliates have been left in the dark continuing to send traffic from the UK to Freaky Vegas despite this issue. At the end of the day Freaky Vegas suffer no detriment from this structure. If the traffic is correctly located and reported later they are no worse off than their affiliate contracts would have required (their baseline situation) while if it is found that the traffic has not been tracked correctly and this cannot be rectified they've still profited from the traffic and in fact gained more as they have not had to issue payment to the affiliates that sent the traffic.

For this to have happened in the first place is bad but mistakes happen. When you make a mistake that costs someone else it's never great. But we are all human and mistakes can be forgiven. In this instance the "mistake" would be the issue occurring in the first instance. Had action been taken immediately to ensure that affiliates were informed and did not suffer any further detriment this would still fall under the heading of a "mistake". Where an issue has been identified and no efforts have been made to alert affiliates in over a month this becomes - at best - wilful negligence. Even if all of this traffic is located and correctly tagged, Freaky Vegas chose to take the risk of still accepting UK traffic from affiliates without knowing whether they could ultimately resolve this issue. This is an action that has prioritised Freaky Vegas continuing to receive UK traffic, regardless of whether they were able to accurately track and pay for this traffic, above protecting the best interests of their partners who were sending this traffic.

It also concerns me that in the first response that actually addressed this issue the language used (specifically "tirelessly") implies that significant effort has already been undertaken on this issue. If that is accurate then the Freak Vegas team were aware of this issue before that response was offered extending the time frame which they have known about the problem but not taken action to inform affiliates.

Overall it's very disappointing to see the manner in which this issue has been managed. We have negligible traffic sent to Freaky Vegas anyway, but on the back of this issue we will not be working with Freaky Vegas moving forward.

The fact that @Lucas hasn't bothered posting on the thread since, hasn't fixed the problem and more importantly, hasn't alerted affiliates they are having earnings stolen from them, tells me all I need to know about them.
Add to that 15 days for a withdrawal, and UK bonuses not being done according to the UKGC requirements, well, I would never give them a penny of my money.
Lucas hasn't even bothered logging in here since 30th October so clearly doesn't give a shit about the issue.

Looking at what KK said earlier in the thread, this could have been ongoing since 2016, I don't care what Lucas said, if there hasn't been any affiliate UK sign ups for 2 years you would think that would be investigated, and I don't believe for one minute it wouldn't have been noticed.
