    o.k guys i have never done one of these before so forgive me if i make any mistakes. i have played at all of the fl casinos for about 6 years and they have always been really good at getting back to me and also doing the bonus thing. like highroller and such. but latly they have gone downhill. its takes them forever to get back to you and when you do put in for a bonus that you can only claim once a month they tell you that you have already got it. they have done this to me 3 times last month and once this month already. this is my money that i put in the casino in order to get these bonus and to be told that you already got it when you know you have,nt is enough to piss you off. then when you try to tell them that it will only let you get it once a month and you can,t claim it before the month is up they never get back to you or they make you feel like your lieing to them just to get a little 15$ bonus. well i,ve had enough of them if they treat a v.i.p player like this i wonder how they treat a non-v.i.p player? thank for listening i hope i did this right.

    go to the FL Playcheck an look to see if indeed it was credited if it wasnt take a screen shot of the last month and send it to them an show you was not credited

    this has got to be a joke I just played at PP I did a withdraw an the chat popped up thinking I hit it by mistake I closed it out the sucker popped up again an as you see below what transpired

    thanks for ur reply. but i don,t think i,m going to do that. caz last month i had to fight with them 3 times just for 10$ and they ended up making me feel as if i was lieing. ben helped me and told me that they would e-mail me and let me know why the mix up and also say sorrie for the trouble but all i got was heres your money no reason why or a sorrie we made you feel like you were lieing. as much money as i put into their casinos you would think they would be a little nicer but i guess not. and last night when i e-mailed them back to try to get it strighten out they never got back to me and when i did get anything from them they then told me i did,nt spend enough money to get that bonus. so which one is it i already got it or i did,nt have enough money to get it? i have removed all of their casinos and am playing somewhere elas so far this new casino has been really great but so was fl until lately. but if they r going to fight with me over 15$ then they don,t need any of my money. but thanks again for the help.

    just to give equal balance here on Pp [i don't use bonuses ] however they've paid me with out being late ever ,and George invited me in to get quick tender
    not to mention that there pays are nothing to laugh at i just want to give

    It is a bit OFF, but the same can also be used as an occasional trick at another casinos when you sometimes have to wait forever to talk to a live chat agent. Launch chat, wait ten minutes, nothing happens. Then you decide that it was enough, attempt a deposit but intentionally mistype your CVV code. In five seconds you are chatting with an agent. :)

    Could you clarify which bonuses you are talking about. The amounts, and timescales, look very much like the GoneGambling monthly, and game winnings bonuses.
    FL used to be quick with these, but I have noticed a slowdown recently. IF CS are slower at dealing with one aspect of what should be routine fare, then they may be getting slower at dealing with other matters. Being slower, but still getting it right, is one thing, but when they start making mistakes on top, and players find it near impossible to untangle the mess with CS, then this does look more like a downhill progression of standards.
    If this continues for a prolonged length of time, ruling out "one off" circumstances, then someone needs the proverbial rocket up their a*** to get things back to "normal". FL have a rep here, who may know the appropriate target for this metaphorical rocket.

    Vinyl when I read their post I also thought they was GG bonus's an wondered why after 72hrs did they not email John at GG I have always got my bonus's on time from the FL Group I think they are a great group. John or Littlebit would have indeed cleared this matter up if it was a GG bonus

    the thing that thru me off was the chat popping up after I did a withdraw

    lol Rockycatt I was not saying anything bad about the FL Group I play there often an have for years

    they r the gonegambling monthly and gambling.com. yes they were very fast with these but have gotten worse the last couple of months. they are saying i got them when i have not. i have told them over and over again that you can only get them once a month and once every 7 days from the gambling.com web site and you can not get them after you claim them until 30 or 7 days later the site will not let you claim them again. they have acted like i,m making all of this up just to get 10 or 15 or the 50 bonus from them. i look forwards to these bonus as i only play on the 2 casino that do these bonus for you p-play and royal vegas and its funny caz you go on the count down o.k only one more day and you get to claim your bonus. its like yaaaaa i get at least a couple of hours of fun between taking care of my babys and other things and its kind of free. don,t get me wrong i use to love fl and thought the world of the people that work there and there r still alot there that are great. but i don,t like to feel like i,m being called a lier and then when they find out that they made a mistake all i get is oh its caz we,er a day ahead of you that why they messed up no sorrie we were wrong. the only one who has ever told me he was sorrie for the mistake has been ben who works there. and this has happened to me 4 times and i claim it on the same day every week for the same amount 10$ this one is not from gonegambling.com its from the other site. this time they did,nt even bother to e-mail me back when i tryed to tell them i did not get it. so i took them off my computer caz i,m tired of fighting with them over such a small amount. and it seems to me that it getting longer and longer for them to get back to you on just a normal e-mail. i wish this had not had happen caz fl was the only place i played and i know alot of the people there. it sad but to me it feels as if they r going downhill.

    I had the same thing happen at Royal Vegas, except that I was making a deposit and it was slower than usual showing up. I think they were having banking issues and just assumed that everyone was being screwed up. Lol, they weren't expecting anyone to making a withdrawal! Congratulations! :thumbsup:

    Yep, Cindy. We can't deal with a bonus deposit problem if GG members don't tell us. Our crystal ball is in the shop for repairs. :lolup:

    I suspect there is a problem at Gambling.com with their ludex bonus deposits. It appears ,from what I've been told, many people are being rejected for the reasons the OP gave. However, that site has nothing to do with GG, so we don't get involved with those issues.

    o.k guys i took sreenshots of my casino page that shows when i claimed the highroller bonus i had 316$ in my account over 300$ and get 15$. i sent it to the casino and got nothing back from them at all and this was 12 hours ago. so now they r just ignoring me. cindy i went back where you told me to go it will only let me go back to the 24th and no farther so i can,t send them that showing i did not get it on the 15 as they say i did. the bonus is not a big deal its how they are treating me that is making me mad. i keep reading on here to let gonegambling know i really don,t know what they can do about it? the site did everything right it only lets you claim the bonus once every 30 days and i had no promble claiming it. its the casino that i,m having trouble with frist they say that it was already given to me then they say i did,nt have enough in my account to claim it. so i don,t know which one they are denying me on eather i already got it which i did,nt or i did,nt have enough in which i did?:what::

    12 hours is not a long time an if ya see the post up above Littlebit like she says she cant do anything if you dont let her or John know about it
    sure you claim it it is FL place to produce it withen 72 hours if they dont then that is the time to let John or Trish know as if they dont know about it then they cant help ya

    FL made a deal with them if they are not honoring it I betcha John would want to know

    I have gotten all my Bonus's
    But when ever I have a problem I wait the 72 hrs if not resolved I notify John or Trish an they get results

    its not about getting my bonus to me fast or anything like that what its about is they deny me it all together saying i already got it which i have,nt so it has nothing to do with gonegambling it has to do with fl saying something again for the 4th time that is not ture and treating me like i,m lieing. thats what it comes down to. 4 times is enough being treated this way just thought i,d let anyone know that was thinking about playing there that they seem to be going downhill.

    no GG has what they call a highrollers bonus well not GG we will say
    PP you deposit $300 per month an they will give you a 5% high rollers bonus
    for the $300 up to I believe $500 the OP is claiming it an being denied where she needs to wait the 72 hrs an then if they have not credited it contact John at GG an he will get it resolved but the OP chooses not to do that
    why I do not know if she did contact John an clearly made the deposits then they would make sure the OP got what they are due
    if GG does not know that PP is not honoring the deal they made with GG then GG can not do a thing about something they do not know about in the time they have taken to post an repost here it could have been resolved
