I need help on my withdrawal! It’s been 2 months. And still no information on anything. They keep telling me it’s processing and under review!!! It’s EURO PALACE CASINO. I need help please. Maybe a casino rep can help me?? I have been a member of spin palace and cabaret club casino and casino lavida for years and have had no issues. I just don’t understand why I’m having an issue with there sister casino.

Unfortunately, the person who was a representative of this casino group disappeared a while back. I will see if I can contact someone else.
 
Two months? That's a long time. Do you know why they are taking so long to review your account? Have they mentioned anything else?
 
As an Aussie who cant play at these casino's since our new law in 2017 and MG kicking us all out due to it I am surprised to see so many of these posts regarding delayed/non payments.

They were my go to casinos, always good and paid out within a few business days while we could play there and I had plenty of 5 - 10k cash outs from them and their sister casinos back then.

Guess a combination of us being one of their main markets and so many multi platform casino's has really hit their profits hard if they are delaying so much on withdrawals of only a few k.
 
It’s my first time making a withdrawal maybe? But Seriously? This makes just no sense! I have made numerous withdrawals from SpinPalace Cabaret casino LaVida for years and I’ve never run into this issue

From what I can see La Vida and Euro Palace are still both part of Fortune Lounge group.

Do they still let you link your accounts for points and VIP etc between accounts ?

Perhaps linking it will help if you are already verified at La Vida ?

By any chance have you found anyone that I can speak with? Still no response from them. Live chat keeps telling me that they are still doing a Extensive check! When I try and send an email the response says contact live chat for any questions or answers.
