Deposit from friends Skrill account

... We also noticed that the name of the Skrill account’s owner is actually an affiliate registered in our affiliation program (Affiliate Republik) and on top of that, you, as a player, were tagged to this same affiliate. Meaning that, every losses would have been converted into a commission for your "friend" affiliate and every winnings, for you.
... and the truth is out!
A very silly thing to try to do - one of the oldest "affiliate scams" in the book - but bound to get caught out.
Thanks for explaining all, SM

1. You breached our casino’s terms & conditions by using a financial instrument that does not belong to you to deposit (T&C’s available here:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
«In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your Member account, you shall only use such credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you.».

Thanks for letting us know I guessed this to be the case, I Didnt know he also cheated with the affiliate system either, but WOW. Just shows that gut instincts when people post new threads we have are usually correct :) I knew it would be a case of fraud i really did. Friend or not friend, it is still classed as a type of fraud.

Cant wait for the follow up.

You can't have a system that allows the player to LOSE LOSE

Here is a example, at Betvictor

I and my GF have accounts, one day not realising I was logged into her paypal and deposited into my own, it was a genuine mistake because we share computers. BV locked and suspended the account, I explained what happened and they reopened the account.

When you apply common sense the issue can be resolved for the player and casino.

Whilst you and others think the player should not only lose his winnings but his deposit? You got to be having a laugh!

Well....now that we have been given the facts, I think it's you who has got to be having a laugh.

Unless of course, you actually condone scamming.

I'll look forward to hearing your defence of the OP's behaviour and your case for the OP to be given his deposit back.

I agree with you 100%

@nutnut I am also not being condescending when i say what i am bout to say, I saw recently and posted in the thread he made about his GF and which she got paid. So i wasn't surprised when you sided with this abuser who was trying to pull a fast one. But experienced players and members are not stupid and we will not fall for it.

When we see new threads, we post with scepticism and find and give answers based on what has been stated in an OP to the best that we can. Be it good or bad. And until the time we get proof of wrongdoing or breaking terms all we can do is guesstimate as to what the outcome will be. Most of the time we are right in our early assumptions, but not always as your GF did in fact get her winnings.

If he had lost though they wouldn't have "noticed" he deposited with his friend's skrill  Why does the system allow you to deposit with a skrill which isn't your own anyway ?
