skrill crypto withdraw issue today ?

Hi made a deposit into Skrill and usually just go to withdraw then withdraw to whatever crypto wallet I want to.
Today no option for crypto withdraws showing. Anyone else had this issue today ? my account verified and used it 100s of times for crypto withdraws.

It seems like now we need to buy crypto first to be able to send it.



Before it was allowed to use the 'Witdraw to Crypto' option where Skrill would just convert fiat automatically into crypto and transfer it.

sometimes they remove the withdraw not sure why, i use to use Skrill but they start charging a lot for UK, now i use Bitpanda is free for deposit on bank transfer
