Yes, crappy support seems to be a feature of Twitter. My wife has been on Twitter for a while now: she's had a few issues, did the 'submit an issue' thing, and about half of them go completely unanswered.
Another cool 'feature' of Twitter support happened with my 'Impersonation' complaint: they give their lame-ass answer (if you're lucky) and then simply close your issue. No 'does that answer your question?' or anything. As it happens you can re-open the thing but the bottom line is that they just want you to piss off and let them carry on being famous, or whatever you want to call it.
