I signed up and lost my money. ok fine my bad....then it happened again. Wasn't happy with the RTP so I contacted them asking that they permanently close my account.

Less than 24 hours later I get an email expecting them saying they had done that....nope. They were trying to give me another deposit bonus. I know they are a gray casino and I guess it's on me for trying them out anyways but wtf....

Anyways I replied in capital letters asking to permanently remove me and have yet to hear back from that reply. They are obviously targeting people with gambling problems who would just accept the bonus.

I'll be staying away from gray casinos going forward unless it's a fairly new gray casino that's a possibility of being accredited.

Horrible casino is all i have to say.

How did you initially contact them when you asked them to permanently close your account ? Cant say Ive ever personally perm closed an account over having a couple of runs of bad luck somewhere but everyone is different I guess

it isn't just that i also wasn't impressed with the selection of games. I contacted them via email and they finally closed my account but then also mentioned in the same email I can sign right back up any time i want. Based on this I think even less of them. What a horrible company!

I'm really confused as to what they've done wrong thats annoyed you ... quite a few places Ive played at will close your account with the option to re open if you wish in the future and the only time I would see it being a problem that they said that to you is if you told them you wanted to close your account due to a gambling problem.. then of course it wouldn't be responsible to say this to someone with a problem..

@casguy2016 - the casino rep was trying to reach you, but your settings prevented anyone but admins to privately message you. I have changed your settings to "members only". You can change this back to "nobody" when this is resolved if you would like.
