If you're going to file a PAB you need to stop posting here though until it's resolved.

Disqualifying someone for using a strategy in a game of chance is about as silly as disqualifying someone for not using a strategy in a game of skill.

I agree, it's just treating me as a dumbass. They know that but they think I'm stupid enough to believe them. On Gambling Grumbles they are still suspicious about the fact that the martingale strategy was the only reason I have been banned from the casino. The truth is that's the only reason they gave!!! My god I don't know if they will come out with other reasons now but that's the only reason they gave when the "fraud" manager closed my account.

And let the casino come and tell me that the smallest detail about all what I've posted here is false.

If you're doing a PAB don't post about the issue at all anymore. That's against the rules and might make your PAB get thrown out. Just sit tight til you hear from MaxD.

EDIT: I just posted this and suddenly that scene from Fight Club was stuck in my head. "One of the rules about PAB is that we don't talk about PAB!"

In fact there are other PAB errors that you would have avoided if you'd read the FAQ (the email address you gave, for instance). This is not a good start to the process, especially since you've already said (in your PAB form) that you had read and would comply with the FAQ guidelines.

You are STRONGLY advised to read that FAQ immediately: you have responsibilities in this process too and if you continue to ignore them things will not go well.

Please acknowledge that you understand the above and will comply. Also, please provide a valid 'Contact' email address ASAP. Your PAB is on hold until I receive that.

Hahaha. You're making fun of the whole community here. If you are really wishing to convince someone here with what you're saying above, you really did a stupid thing. It would have been more intelligent from you to ignore this PAB than to come out with this result.
It shows not only the manner how you work (accepting my money from the casino to make good publicity for them), but also shows that you don't know how to come out of this in an intelligent way. Yet in general rubbish people who steal or fraud are a lot more intelligent than this.
