Hi Everyone,
My partner wanted to have a play online using winstler last night and tried to deposit 100 euros. The system asked for bank verification code, went through to the next page where the transaction appeared to be processing, but nothing happened so she closed the deposit page and consequently tried again, after checking if the deposit had gone in, it hadn't. She repeated this 7 times, no money in the casino account and no complete transaction i.e. no window pop up to say transaction complete. This morning she just double checked and 700 euros was in the casino account! She then requested a withdrawal as this was incorrect, and was told that she would have to wager 1 x that amount to then withdraw, or forfeit 20% of the 700 euros if she wanted to take it out. Winstler have now closed her account and there is no sign of the money.
Has anyone else had any experience of something similar or can offer any advice of what to do next? We are based in the UK.

Thanks

Well that whole site looks like a scam, no clue how as a UK player can end up there. I wouldn't even dare to register on that product. Sorry, but seems you lost those funds.

Alas you could not have picked a worse casino, your only hope is to chargeback on your payment method.

They are 100% fraudulent, claim to have a Curacao license (which in most cases is a piece of crap anyway) and they don't even have that, it's a lie. They are unlicensed, no ownership details etc. which 100% guarantees they are up to no good.

If you ingore the shills who give positive reviews there (typed in the same flowery way as for other scam casinos) the red warning one-stars pretty much save me typing a lot.

They are advertised on non-Gamstop rogue affiliate sites which encourage unlicensed gambling for UK players and are the absolute pits, a criminal casino. I am guessing that's where you came across them, more's the pity. That's their custom base, problem gamblers who are blocked from UK sites.

Because of the criminal fraudsters who operate this bent site, I am 99% sure @maxd who helps players on here won't get any joy. Sorry mate.

P.S. I have added your thread to the SCAM menu as that's where filth like them belong.

I am not overly a massive fan of trustpilot, but some of those reviews, pure scumbags.

There should be a 10 Commandments when it comes to choosing an online casino to play at. Number 1 should be that if a casino appears on any of these Non GamStop sites, steer well clear!!
