Well I made 1 x withdrawal from casumo around midnight last night and 2 x from Rizk at pretty much the same time, both via Skrill. None have been processed yet, will be interesting to see when they are.

Casumo I got.....oh wait, 18 hours later, nothing. Only £400 too, have done many larger ones in past few weeks which have been processed quicker.

Had an issue with withdrawals a couple of weeks back got the BS answer that withdrawals take 24 hours. I like Casumo but hate that their withdrawals aren't consistent some take half an hour others can take over a day. Never had an issue getting paid in the end though.

This. You havnt got enough staff to pay out all the withdrawals means your raking in the same plus your house edge. My heart bleeds.

So not got enough staff is your problem because your not running your business properly but your trying to make it my problem? And I should be jovially understanding about it “a lot of people have been lucky today”? Um no.

Not always, wasn't in any hurry for it anyway, its just interesting to see how certain casinos have slowed down the withdrawal process.
The Casumo one was finally processed exactly, pretty much to the minute, on 23 hours. That was £400. I've just withdrew £1000 and it was processed in under 15 minutes. Its like a lottery trying to predict when you will get paid from them!

This must just get people using Live Chat all the time because they think it's been missed when the later one is paid?

Its because withdrawals over €449,99 has to go through higher up security checks. Withdrawals under €251 go through automatically within 4 hours and mostly under 1 hour. PS reason is on Wednesday their Casino Manager goes to a live Casino and needs as many funds possible to take with him

Well the bottom line is that the FIRST 450e w/d will now not hit my bank for the weekend as it STILL hasn't been processed on Wednesday European time. So now, a Wednesday w/d will not be in my bank until next ****ing Tuesday - AGAIN!

We still haven't had a logical explanation from the rep as to WHY this keeps happening, the withdrawals being dealt with in the wrong order???? It just doesn't make sense at all.

No I fully agree there mate. Seems like its all over the place at Casumo same dissapointment when they recently removed my VIP arrangement and i was told last year by end December or start January we need your account changed to Pounds from Euro. Guess what my account still is??? Seems ur also playing in euro? How come its not in pounds? My reason is i opened account back when their casino started up.

PS at least on positive note your winning and getting withdrawals there not something i had for long long time. But glad your doing well keep ripping them

If your bankroll is so precarious that waiting over a weekend for 800 euro has you in a blind panic/rage then either ease back on the gambling or get touting for even more sites. Or have those pesky live streamers taken all your potential customers?

I hate waiting days for my money, and I don't need the withdrawal to hit the account same/next day, I like it to though.

Dunover is an affiliate who creates youtube videos for people to watch, as you know. You might not care if a casino is good for affiliates as you might not be one, but Donover clearly does. Advertise 30% commission get around 4% (less after HM Revenue and Customs take their bit), yeah no thanks. VS aren't perfect either for players, so there quite easily could be other things that D takes into account when not playing there.
