Casumo withdrawal BS

:mad::mad::mad: WTF?? My 800euros from 1AM is STILL not processed! :confused::(

UPDATE - went on chat as follows:
Hi, I have a pending withdrawal from 15 hours ago for 800euros. can this be paid ASAP as if it's not done soon I will not receive it back into my bank on Friday, but instead it will be after the weekend! Thanks!

Was promised in a few minutes, nada, zilch and that's half an hour ago. Was cut off too by agent.
Just went back on with same request, 4 minutes later no answer and suddenly 'live chat isn't available, e-mail us instead'.
In other words upon seeing my player ID, 'not YOU again we'll ignore it as we know it hasn't been done still and won't be done.'

Tell me, are there actually ANY good casinos out there anywhere, reliable games, payments and non-stupid bonus wagering? I am starting to wonder, Casumo get a good whack from me and I'm really disinclined to keep on depositing. Treated like a piece of crap.

All from this afternoon, first is timed at 2.44pm, last you can see the time, they were all processed last time I posted, you should pm alex a link to the thread, see if he can say why some are being delayed :(

This just gets better - aside from bullshitting me he'd have it paid in a few minutes, and then cutting me off the fucking live chat is down and has been over an hour. It's probably my IP that it's down for, anybody else?

Previously, say I was paid on a Thursday then it would come in Saturday AM as an advance credit, accessible. So due to this change, I need to be paid Wednesday to get it Friday before weekend. The change is a joke, because just like before there are NEVER any credits on a Monday, but always a Tuesday so a Thursday pay-out (previously available Saturday) SHOULD come Monday but it comes Tuesday anyway! This is why I was hoping I'd be paid by 10PM today the 800euros so I'd get it Friday. I still haven't had it, 19 hours nearly so am extremely pissed-off with them . I have PM'd the rep but there's no way he'll sort it in time. Live Chat still AWOL.

So, is there ANY casino out there that has a good selection of games pays fast and reliably without needing to go on chat where I can spend my money as Casumo clearly don't want it any more?

Videoslots pay superfast and have all the games you can wish for.

Noticed you don't play there so maybe a good reason for that?

I'm with NatWorst also, and I hate the changes to early accessible credit. We think casinos are shady but I think banks still have the edge for all-round doucheness :mad:
 
I am just disappointed with Casumo. I promote this lot too, something I will be reconsidering with up to 90xB wagering for existing players on a 50% match and slow payments. It's made worse by the facts outlined in my OP - how is it logical that I can paid the last withdrawal BEFORE the previous one? Why the seemingly random timescales, one in 15 minutes, this one (lies aside) still pending for 19 hours??

I really am losing my temper here and best fuck-off from the forum tonight before I get banned, I have had a fucking guts-full of bullshit, stupid offers and incompetence. This has killed my enthusiasm for games and playing to be honest and it's at moments like this I wish the UKGC would drive half these casinos out of our reach. :mad:
 
I understand your frustration, I'd be fuming too.

You may not want to play at VS due to their unattractive affiliates programme, but for players they are the absolute best in terms of payout times (perhaps with the exception of some bitcoin sites where transfers are (near) instant.

I get an e-mail at 21:10 saying that despite my account showing 'pending' (technical error apparently! :rolleyes: )the 800e HAS been processed and sent! Whoopee!

Only at 21:15, 5 minutes later, I received this:

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Two people singing from different hymn sheets. What I do know is that it's unlikely they'll see another cent from me. This is Keystone Cops gone bad. :laugh::laugh:

So I can only go by the LAST communication I received, which is that it's still pending as a locked withdrawal - which is exactly what the account states.

IF it has been paid as the first of the two e-mails stated, then it will appear in my bank Friday AM so I cannot really put this to bed until Friday. For now I'll just take some Paracetamol and have an early night, screw gambling.

UPDATE - got a snotty e-mail saying they've told me several times it's been paid (true, they have) and the pending is a technical glitch and that's their final reply. Only this snotty e-mail didn't take into account that the last e-mail stated the opposite which I enclosed in the reply! What was I supposed to think? This is what happens when 3 different people reply and obviously aren't aware of what the last person said - 'ass' and 'elbow' spring to mind.

The banking thing is something the banks have been forced to do, Barclays still do Saturday credits but that is changing soon. Maybe get a new account just for gambling, Halifax credit on Mondays.

LeoVegas always pay me pretty quickly and their affiliate scheme is ok, unlike VS's which is abysmal. VeraJohn pay fairly quickly too, neither have the game choice of Casumo/Videoslots though. However they are all pretty saturated from an affiliate perspective.

I hate being lied to by customer service though, I don't believe for one minute you have been paid, if you account says processing and a member of staff says processing then I'll bet its processing.

I haven't had an 80% since December and I wouldn't take it. Streamers display many signs of hopeless addiction and I have watched recklessness and bets increase as time has passed. It appears some think they can 'break even' i.e. earn 100k off of affiliate payments and spend 100k gambling and owe no tax. Well it doesn't work that way and to claim 100% gambling losses from the UK IRS, well good luck with that! You can deduct a small proportion for 'marketing costs' but the money they deposit is classed as already taxable BEFORE depositing. I can see some streamers having a shock one day for tax evasion/fraud.

As for the payment, it's possible I've been paid but I'm sceptical. If it turns up Friday then I was - I'll confirm then. :thumbsup:

No I wasn't meaning you were a streamer, I just thought with you doing so many videos they might have offered you the same. Totally agree with you about streamers, some of them are dodgy as fuck and casinos seem to turn a blind eye to their dodgyness (ie Rizk and illegal lotteries Xmas 2016), wonder how many streamers have had to go through SOW requests too ;)

Where did this 23 hours come from all of a sudden? How come you can do a withdrawal at say 2pm, then another at 6pm, the one from 6pm is done in 10 minutes, the one from 2pm is still sitting there 15 hours later, that makes no sense at all.
You might want to remind Bryan your payout/reverse time isn't 0-5 hours any more as he hasn't changed the review yet, presumably you have told him?

Well, it appears in my account it has been processed now finally though I'm not sure it will be in bank by Friday as I have 3 different times in 3 separate communications! Perhaps I'll get 2400euros lol....:D

So I am pretty sure they did sort the error and process it, but I am also sure you can agree that having been told 3 different times for the same withdrawal makes my nose twitch a bit, that countryside smell assailed my nostrils....:what:
 
Casumo should learn from Rizk, I requested a withdraw, went to the chat asked if they could process it for me and litterally under 1 minute later I had it in my bank account (via Trustly). That's how it's done, not these 23 hour wait period BS.

Your lucky. When I had withdraws at Rizk and asked live chat to process it, they always said you have to wait for them to do it. within 3 hours. And it is usually always much longer for me. I think out of all the times I had withdraws at rizk I only ever had a handful that was done within an hour. Asking live chat at rizk for me is useless. They never do!
