Idk why I even bothered with Casumo, given all that's been reported here. Figured I'd be relatively safe regardless, since I don't highroll so SoW probably isn't coming my way. Well, it probably isn't, but Casumo nonetheless is not paying out and live chat is being useless.

Their rules state 72h max withdrawal time which already is absurd. It's now been over 72 hours and nothing. Live chat is useless, only states that they cannot see any info regarding withdrawals and that I'll be paid out asap. Yeah right.

What am I supposed to do now? I'll definitely stop playing there, but I kinda do need that money that they're holding for whatever reason. If live chat cannot help me how am I supposed to get in contact with whomever can help me?

Casumo used to be my top 2 places to spend my bucks for years. Well about last 2 years it hasn't anymore.

Im not completely done playing in Casumo, but i have minimized my deposits there. Reasons are simple, withdrawal time changes for worse (used to be 24hour max, now you have to wait days usually) and practically no customer service anymore. Even if there are customer service they might get back to you in 24 hours, maybe.. Depends on day. Weekends it seems like casumo are closed (and i mean closed for payments, customer service etc) even they say they are not.

Really wondering the logic to worsen operations this way. Its 2020 and usually companies make their operations even better and not opposite as it looks like happened here.. I would say they need something positive to happen, doesent look really good at the moment..

Maybe public pressure was all it needed but the withdrawal has been finally accepted. After 90 hours...literally unacceptable wait time for a withdrawal. You can be sure I won't be playing here again.

I do hate that one has to post online about their troubles before casino wakes up and does something. What about your average player who won't post online?

Sad that a former top casino has descended so far, they are a terrible casino now. Customer service went from excellent to terrible, rep went from good to non existent, sooner they leave the UK the better.

Casumo used to be one of my most regular haunts with plenty of free spin offers and deposit bonuses until earlier this year when all the offers suddenly dried up, along with the notification that I had a £2500 monthly deposit limit. (I’d never come anywhere close) So I stopped playing till September when I had a deposit bonus out of the blue and struck lucky and withdrew £1100 from a £50 deposit.
Then came the dreaded notification that they wanted to do SOW and I thought here we go with emails back and forth but due credit to them the next morning the money was in my account.
However when I attempted to log in the next day it said my account was suspended and to contact support. I’ve never entered Casumo into my iPad address bar since...

If you read the employee reviews on glassdoor, it seems the founders that built a fantastic company and place to work have moved on , and new management took over earlier in the year.

Looks like all the talent they originally employed have jumped ship too , the stories are of uncaring soulless arrogant managers that are cost cutting and alienating the staff.

Maybe Casumo Louis rep has been part of the cost cutting too ??

What reaylle happend to this casino? Did they get new owners or what. it was a top casino before.Nowdays i only read bad stuff about them.

Definitely not the same casino as it was - in my last days of playing there they didn't even respond to any chat support emails which, given their support was one of the better ones, was odd. That's even before the erratic w/d times, the SOW's, the fact they were a relatively decent low roller casino with the deposit 10 get 50 FS etc, that all but disappeared.

Gone from a great casino to a crap one in a relatively short space of time - takes some doing; kudos.

Think it's not really hard and just not doing things get you this route fast :) Unfortunately it feels more rule than exception that ones great is somewhere below good in quite short time, no need years. Pitty it happens for many of them which were really liked here as well :(

Only speaking for myself but I have not experienced the same issues that a lot of other members have had, they have always been quick and hassle free for me.

my point exacly so were the others until sow probs, stalled payouts, etc etc started,
so maybe you got lucky it lasted that long ;) 5k withdrawal is a lot of money for some people, but shouldnt be enough for a casino
to stall a payout :) hope you get yours soon m8

I had a 1700€ withdrawal stuck on hold for over 3 days and decided to try smaller 200€ withdraws and luckily it worked for me, they were accepted in 1-2hours. Now I'll never play there again, Casumo used to be one of my favourite casinos :(

Because I've never had there issues myself? If you look closely you'll find complaints about every site by some player or another. Just because people have had trouble at casumo it's not like it's fallen into the rogue pit. They DO pay, I just didn't expect it to take this long. Also most Casumo issues are actually related to Source of Wealth, which doesn't affect me in the least. Likely won't ask for it and if they did I could provide it. I don't know why it's such a big deal to some.

On a related note, my withdrawal from LeoVegas also took about 90 hours and it only got accepted when I went to complain to the live chat for the second time. Like really? withholding a mere 100€ withdrawal for what reason? Are all casinos hoping people just reverse that shit and play it back or something?

Regardless my issue is resolved so I don't know why people keep posting to resurrect this thread to report about their problems.

My locked withdrawals are now confirmed......seeing that they do not process on the weekends it was about 36 hrs, not as quick as it used to be but not as bad as some have experienced.

Imagine being able to lock withdrawals.

The lock feature disappeared quietly ages ago from Casumo without an explanation.
