Hello, I've won and completed the rollover requirements on a free 60 spins that was offered to me. I have also completed my verification process and sent all documents they asked for.

After that, they asked me to send 10$ in Litecoin to approve my withdrawal winnings so that way it will verify my crypto wallet address. After hesitation, I did send the 10$ of Litecoin on 7/7/24. I followed up with an email asking when I should be expecting the Cashout and was told up to 7 business days. Now that it's been after 7 business days I emailed them and was told that I need to contact them via live chat but I cannot open the live chat box. It won't open and does not exist. Please help, I'm starting to feel like I've been cheated.

7 business days to approve, and then 7-10 to send the funds?! So possibly 17 business days for a crypto withdrawal… that should never be acceptable.

Don’t deposit anything else tho! I hope it works out for you and you get your cash out! I have never used them or heard of them to be honest

stop playing on scam casino, they are lot of good crypto casinos out there, BC casino 87. com casino Gandom casino 500 casino, they pay me all time for past 2-3 years np at all
