Player protection - Casumo

Hi guys!

Wondered whether anyone has any experience in how long (roughly) Casumos player protection team take to complete a review?
Already been confirmed no further documents are required at the moment, but withdrawal still stuck on pending status due to the “review”

Until you get SOW from all British casino or should I say L & L brands 🤔 😅
we will still remain clear about time frames, but if a customer does not comply, thats impossible.

Seems topic opener complied fully, easy game.
