Roguish Casino Royal Club is not paying winnings

Hi.
I want to tell my situation.
On August, 18th I have received from they (Casino Royal Club) email with promotion 10 FREE.
I have taken advantage of their offer. To me I have carried also have satisfied a condition on wager and have won.
Next day I have sent documents for continuation withdrawal and have asked in their online a chat, I can make now the deposit for continuation withdrawal. Their operator has told: yes you can make a withdrawal after make a deposit.
I have made the deposit for the sum 25 USD and
Has ordered Withdrawal for the sum 75 USD (it agree your offer 10 FREE).
For that moment my balance was 301 USD.
After the order withdrawal the balance became 0.00 USD
By their rules under the offer 10 free I could remove only 50 (prize) +25 USD (my deposit).
This transaction has appeared in mine account and was in status Processed.
Then when I have come into the account in your casino I have found out, that on my account there was a sum 25 USD and in account the transaction ordered by me 75$ was gone. And in cashier where is shown reversible withdrawals the following information: - "3602077398 75.00 Moneybookers CANCELLED , 8:07:42 PM"
I communicate 15 !!! days in chat with their employees Rick and Nancy, but they cannot help me or simply close chat!!!
All the necessary documents I sent.
Now every day they say in chat: contact us tomorrow or the day after. And the link to technical problems.
But I do not trust them.
I think they're just crooks.
Can anyone help ?

My golden rule: never play bonus money. Only play your own money. Withdrawal issues are rarely related to accounts that opt-out from receiving bonus money.
 
These guys at casino royal club are not paying anybody anything.Not even affiliates.I have heard at least 6 people now that have been waiting months for withdrawls and ziltch.They are crooks and liars.I dont understand how they havent been shutdown yet.

Of course they dont need to shut down. If they dont pay anyone they are flush with cash. Virtual is a good example.
 
I guess im going to give up on my $900 they owe me.
Its just a waste of time going on the live chat because it is nothing but lies.It just makes me so mad that they are still open for business and taking peoples deposits when they have no intention of paying the winners.
I have not got anywhere with them either, but I think you would have a good chance of getting your $900 back if you Pitch-A-Bitch.

I would even do this myself - but I already used up my one PAB for a non-accredited casino years ago.

I'm 99% sure the original owners of Royal Club are no longer on the scene, and the casino is being run by Rival themselves - in which case there is absolutely NO excuse why they should not be paying people.

Im pretty sure that they wont respond to a pab.I have heard on other forums that they will not return any emails or phone calls etc.I wonder if BingoT has heard anything?

The reason I suggested a PAB, is because I think this casino is being run by Rival themselves.
If that is the case, there is NO WAY for you to contact them, as Rival NEVER talk directly to players or affiliates.
However, I know Bryan (CasinoMeister) had a means of contacting the Rival CEO personally. If Bryan were prepared to get involved (and that's a pretty big IF) and he still has that contact info - then we might just be able to get something done about this rogue Rival.

I really think this is your last hope, and that BingoT is no more likely to get a response than you or I :(

Not as of yet but I will attempt it again to see if they reply.
I just don't understand they use to reply pretty fast before.
I will let you know if I hear anything.

...and people wonder why Bryan has issues with the vast majority of Rival casinos and why he won't recommend or accredit them.

No I didn't - mine is in the same state as yours :(

They did pay my small affiliate commission last week - but I would have been happier if they had paid all the players first.

Sophia from live chat at Casino Royal Club told me that i would recieve my bankwire in 3 business days once again.I have been lied to so many times from everyone at the casino even David the manager.It has been over 3 months now and i think i have heard the 3 business days excuse about 9 times.Have you heard anything KasinoKing or Bingo T?

Has anyone noticed that this casino looks exactly like Crazy Luck? The terms and conditions are exactly the same, the websites are similar, the bonus offer is the same including the cashback and the about us page is exactly the same only with the different casino name in place. And funnily enough the casino manager there is David and who just signed up as the rep for Crazy Luck? David Miller

All White Label Rivals (and some of the independents) use the exact same back-end (which incidentally is one of the best in the business IMHO) - so yes, they do all look the same.

I haven't looked at these two casinos in particular, but certainly there are many other similarities in many of the White Labels as the owners are basically buying a "template" of a casino, so I expect many of these aspects are already in place.
As far as I know there is no connection between these two - but I don't know everything!

@ RJ: No change in my cash-out at Royal Club. But I do have to say I have not chased them about it for the last couple of months.

I just wanted to say that i finally received my withdrawl from casino royal club after 5 and a half months.I also found out that winbig 21 is managed by the same person as casino royal club.I have a withdrawl from winbig that has been reversible for over 2 months now.I guess i will have to wait another 3 and a half months for that one:(.I hope people stear clear of these casinos if they want to get paid in a timely manner.
