    further to my winning 5 of a kind i have to wait 48hours from monday morning to get my cash out (may be) of £2500

    Recieved a letter through post

    (Beat the dealer scratch card)

    Won £200 which was 1st of all free £50 , went very quick
    next was deposit 50 recieve 150

    any way decided to cash in and play with $20 of casino rewards.

    thats ahat i got.

    seems they want me to deposit again? then can receive my reward points but still have my cash out pending

    now i can see why Bryan says proceed with caution!

    That is ridiculous! I swear that the people running these casinos do not have a clue how to manage their casinos!

    Even though we (folks in the USA) find it hard to play sometimes, we are not about to "settle" for poor service like this.

    And being in the UK, no one has to settle for this garbage. If the comp points generated by play time and money are earned, why is it you have to "re-earn" them? Sad. Walk away, Andy.

    you are not banned. you are robbed. the reward points are yours and they should let you redeem them with no strings attached. i am the one to be banned. 3 weeks ago, without any notice, they locked me out from the cr casinos. luckily, i had no reward points redeemable anyway. prior to that, they would give me free reward points every other week.

    I know they have a rule that you have to do a non-bonus deposit between bonus deposits, which is fair enough, but I didn't know they applied that rule to comp points! :eek:

    I'm pretty sure that is the case, yes.
    The T&C's say you must make a non-bonus deposit between claiming sign-up bonuses at their various casinos, and I believe they apply this rule to bonuses within the same casino too - though admittedly I'm not 100% certain about that - I could be wrong.

    I dont think they will confiscate your winnings.
    You will only be bonusbanned and you cant redeem comp points because you are ahead of the casino now.
    Thats just some stupid rule they have.

    But as you made your first deposit there, you were elegible for their first deposit bonus, right?
    I think (and hope for you) that your Tally-Ho win will be paid.

    Well I certainly wouldn't give up on it yet!
    I think Casino Rewards are keen to become accredited here at CM. I don't know how likely that is, but they're not rogue, so if all else fails you can Pitch-A-Bitch on the basis that they shouldn't have given you the bonus in the first place, if it meant you were breaking their rules.
    First try to contact the rep, Renee - she's very nice and I'm sure she will help you out of this situation if she can. :thumbsup:

    If casino rewards becomes accredited with the most dumbass bonus/comp system I have ever laid eyes on, it will be a travesty IMO.

    My points are also locked, but it DOESN'T stop them sending me PERSONAL OFFERS to join their other properties, even though they KNOW I can't actually CLAIM them. It is incompetent marketing at best, or if it is deliberate, it is PREDATORY.

    I was basically forced into taking their bonuses many moons ago. Same with their rewards. I even asked not to receive any bonuses they ignored my request so I finally played my rewards and got basically the same email you received saying I was a "bonus abuser", wow! went from requesting no bonuses to a bonus abuser!

    They are the only casino group I ever had such problems with and I never played or deposited again. that was 5 years ago.

    they should be rouged as there are too many members that have had problems with them.

    I think you will get your money andy just leave the withdrawl there.

    Casino Rewards are awful, I dont care if their rep is nice or not...When you get banned from bonuses thats fine ofc but jesus every other mail I get from them says I am eligible for a bonus, if I deposit 100 i will get 100 etc etc etc. From all their casinos. Despite the mails insisting this is the case they are never honoured as I get the same message as the OP. If they sorted this out then I guess they would be fine but its very unethical business practice.

    So casinorewards REP here is an email I received the other day addressed to me by name and email which only Quatro casino have and direct from casinorewards

    "Hello!

    Congratulations -

    We are pleased to inform you have received $100 Free...

    In the email draw we found:
    **insert my email here*****"

    Of course I cant claim it, WHY SEND IT TO ME??

    They have a 48 hour pending period, and this is AUSTRALIAN business days, not GMT ones. A withdrawal made on Friday will often get paid on Wednesday, Tuesday if you are lucky (or maybe a VIP).

    Leave the money alone.

    When you receive it, check to see if your rewards are locked.

    If they are locked, make a formal request to be unsubscribed from their offers and newsletters.

    If they ignore this, and continue to send the offers, it is then spam, so report them to eCogra and/or Kahnawake.

    To sum up - CR are only intrested in gamblers who lose, my £36 loyalty balance has been locked forever, yet I still recive daily spam from at least one (usually 2-3) of their casinos offering endless bonuses which I will never be able to claim. Not to mention all the "free" tickets which win prizes I also cannont claim.
    Forget these clowns and move on to a real casino.

    If it's been more than 48 hours, I'd be contacting them to see what the delay is. While I've never been asked for ID for a Casino Rewards withdrawal, they do reserve that right.

    Hope you get your cashout soon. I wouldn't extend high hopes for having your rewards account unlocked.

    This is the sheer stupidity of their system. They are more or less saying that winning alone is an "abuse" of the casino's generosity.

    If you have requested removal from their marketing emails, and they keep sending them, they are in breach of the rules at both Kahnawake and eCogra. Whilst some might say this is minor, it hardly sets a good example for the industry where even the OPERATOR gets involved with "black hat" activity that is normally the preserve of the rogue outfits.

    In order for it to be "officially" spam, you have to request an unsubscribe, else they can argue that you agreed to receive these offers when you joined, and have never asked to stop receiving them.

    The stupidity here is that after insulting the player, they then pour salt into the wound, keeping it fresh, which means time does NOT heal - and the player is JUST as "mad" two years later as they were at the time, and has had two years to bitch and moan about it.

    MOST casinos will bonus ban a player, and automatically unsubscribe them from the offers. After a period of time, their account will be reviewed, and they will either be enticed back (even if well ahead), or left alone (if considered a hardened "bonus abuser"). In either case, the passage of time will allow the player to forget and "move on", so they will be less inclined to bitch & moan a couple of years later.

    What I have noticed with all mg casinos, is anything over the 1k withdrawal requires more time. Some mg casinos have 72 hours holding some longer. With this make sure your id is updated with them, less then a year old. As far as offering bonuses, mine vanished also and reappeared after i received my funds. And yes some mg casinos do pay on weekends. One paid me on a sunday 5k then 5k few hours later then 5k that nite.
    On the monday the rest of my funds hit my instadebit. I have had no issues with grandmondial after the change over. As matter of fact they even fixed up my comps and i was able to play 75 dollars of them.
