I've been a player at casino rewards since Sept 2023, with the vast majority of playing done at Yukon Gold, but they're all identical except for welcome offers.
Since then I have deposited just over $200k and withdrawn just under $400k, I've done quite well (thanks for the new motorcycle CR!).
Every month I'm atleast 5x their required points, derived from wagers, to be diamond vip. I have never been offered any of the diamond vip perks (meals, sports tickets, etc) but I used to be given pretty good amounts of free spins and bonuses, all with 40x playthrough requirements however.
Lately, since aprox Jan 1, I've been treated like garbage.
I've deposited 20k in the last 30 days, won nothing, and I'm cut off from their daily giveaways of Thunderball ticket numbers and spins (sometimes bonus funds, but rare).
Has anyone else experienced this from CR?
I ended up telling the chat rep to close my account today, because I had a few simple questions that were only answered by copy and pasting the same scripts with little actual information over and over.
I know many players deposit far more than I have, but really, why run these giveaways if all you're doing is alienating loyal, consistent players to the point that even though they've won substantial money, they're so irritated by your nickle and dime nonsense they walk away and go to one of your competitors? Your name is Casino Rewards, you really need to rebrand if you're sick of the whole rewards thing.
