Can anyone help, few months ago they asked me for verification I provided what I had but they won't budge on accepting something different instead of photo ID which I don't have, strange I know. Everyone has photo ID but I'm very old school and I've never needed it, don't really use technology either other than abit of gambling, this whole forum thing is new to me I found it from googling this issue lol. Anyways I've live chatted and so forth they just ain't budging telling me they can't do anything without photo ID and my withdrawal will stay on the account, even if I close the account? Which ultimately doesn't close the account then does it.... I've not had this issue with any other casino they've verified with what I've had, it's not a big amount of money only £20 but it's the principle I played for months deposited, withdrew... Surely they can't just keep the money can they even if I close the account aswell? If they can fair play to them seems like theft to me.
Anyone have any answers for me on this issue

I did ask them countless times and sent it but was refused as that's what I've used on other casinos so thought it was strange they wouldn't accept that, I'll try again though since you've confirmed I can use that, thank you.

When you take the selfie make sure the 4 corners are visible, casinos are very very fussy about that also make sure it is not blurry, if you can ask someone to take the photo for you, take a few and then send the best one.

Sorry for the last response I'll PM you now as I've chatted with them again they're adamant on just purely photo ID

Is @L&L-Jan still about wife seems to be having problems with withdrawal 2 deposits first withdrawal and coming up with errors then needs verification of bank account all very soon!! Never problems myself so why is she having them?
