Yes I finally hit it ... congrats ... but not really. :( - Osiris Casino

Been over 3 weeks since I requested a withdrawal.
Every week it's the same story - "your winnings are under investigation"
/Maximum withdrawal per month - 5000
During the second week, they removed all playngo games off their platform. Something fishy going on ...

This is the biggest book of dead win ever .. I think ?

Anyone know how I can add a watermark to my video quickly so I can post a youtube link ?

Oh wow! I should say congrats but you'd better consider submitting a PAB to get your money from this outfit. May I ask why you are high rolling at a casino that has a $5,000 max withdrawal per month policy?

Edited to add: Oh, this casino is part of the AffPower Affiliates/Conan group, that's very bad news, and they're blacklisted at The Pogg for pirated NetEnt games and predatory terms. I hope MaxD can help you out...

kunjuice92, sorry to say I don't think this is going to end well for you :(

Osiris are rogued at CM and the internet is littered with players having their balances confiscated over the years. As it's been three weeks already with no communication of the win I think we know they are not going to pay you in part or full.

Legitimacy of the gaming servers also comes into question here. While the current versions appear to connect with valid IP addresses, looking at archived pages via Google they don't. Fake Play n Go games have come onto the market this year (link) and it's highly possible you achieved this win on them given the casino's history.

I genuinely feel for you on what should have been a life-changing win on the dream hit.

I just don't get it. You clearly can afford to high roll, so why play at dubious sites and not ones you can trust 100% to actually pay out? It's not like you were playing on a bonus so there would be no reason to play with legit money on a site like this.

I think every gambler online should learn to research the sites they play at, and if they don't they'll eventually learn to do so after a "lesson" of sorts .. safe to say this might be the most expensive lesson anyone's going to pay for this ever.

Don't want to pour more gasoline on the fire but a simple Google search would have shown you on page 1 that AG gives the casino 1 star (you must be the worst of the worst to get that on AG, the plain bad ones still get 7 - 8 stars), plus that the Pogg has it blacklisted.

Ignorance to do even the smallest amount of research will cost you dearly. And you seem to be an experienced player, which makes your ignorance even more baffling.

I am pretty sure you can wave that 100K goodbye. The owners of the casino group will be having a good laugh.... again, as you are not the first and most probably not the last! :(

Why would you ever deposit and play on this site as well as on the other sites they've got.
Blame yourself if you don't receive your withdrawal.

Jesus H. Christ - alas the OP picked one of the worst shithole casinos possible. I doubt the slot is even genuine and if it is, I cannot ever see you being paid much of the win. The excuses, ignoring e-mails and arbitrary account closure should come soon.

I think the next excuse will be along the lines of 'player turnover or inactivity' if you choose to leave the account alone and withdraw 5k each month. At 20$ spins you're effectively playing for a win limit of 250xbet so it does beg the question, why??

I hope you get at least one or two more payments before they f**k you over. :(

There are plenty of (affiliate) online casinos review sites which give the high rating and recommend playing at this shit place... Fuc..ing bastards!
Yes, it's true and they are complicit in the fraud. When the shithole casino disappears once their reputation is too far gone and they've fleeced enough depositors, they rip the affiliates off and open a new skin with a new rogue affiliate programme.

Is this actually aloud and profitable???

Well it's not allowed but the scammers don't give a flying one do they? And as it happens far too frequently one can only surmise that it is profitable. We have also seen at least one confirmed case of these shithole casinos laundering the cash via getting a legit license from the UKGC further down the line.

WoW that is sooooo awesome to see....I have had 5 explorers on Book of Ra once but that was on a €1.00 bet...Was still an awesome win and this has been at least 6 or 7 years ago.
And I got that paid within 2 hours...

I really hope you will get your money but this outfit is as rogue as they come so keep us informed.

Update- Blocked my account with no access , no reply to emails. Lesson learned.
Yep. Alas that was soooo easy for me to predict earlier in the thread. That's 1668/JAZ and all their scam casinos for you. How much did you actually get in the end?

I think this should be 'shittiest player experience 2018' award hands-down.

Hi *****,
I am writing to inform you that we have had to close your account for the time being.
We have found that there was a major bug on the account and affected the gameplay.
For this reason, we will not be continuing to pay the winnings, however we understand you may not have been responsible therefore will not ask for the rest of the winnings back.
If you require more information you can come on live chat or reply to this email.
Kind regards,
Osiris Casino

Have you been in contact with Play'n GO about this?
They may be interested since the casino claims the slot is faulty...

I may be mistaken, but I do believe another slot provider paid out on a win in similar circumstances.
I just can't find the thread right now.

Good luck!

I emailed PlayNGo , like 5 times now. I never received an email from them.

I have a contact for Play'n Go and have just e-mailed him asking him to take a look at this thread and confirm that the PNG slots at Osiris are genuine and if so can he confirm the win in question was normal and not as a result of an 'error'. I think we know the answer already to at least one of those questions, but we'll see if he can shed more light on it. Either way it won't help the OP as Osiris has it's own place in the 1668/JAZ hall of shame but it would be nice to expose more filthy lies from Osiris casino.

When I had the win, they removed all the playngo games after a few days ... then about a week and half later they put them back.

Why? To replace the fakes with real, or to make it 'look good' as if something were really wrong or replacing them with lower RTP models to reduce the risk of another 'lucky' player occurring?

This could be it really. Replace the real game with a fake game and the lower the rtp.
After they put back book of dead , I played weekly, with the same bet and for the past month I lost about 10k. Then for a few days I just stopped playing and I get this absurd email.

I would probably hire a private investigator and track them down.
I would not let get them away with this, for THIS amount I would go the extra mile.
They think they can hide themselves behind shady companies but everyone can be found!!!!!!!!!

I got a reply:

Sad to hear that. If I were the player, I would contact the site and the company. Osris seems to be part of

Game Tech Group N.V. which is ***groovegaming.com***

I’m sure there is no issue with our game. If so, I would have known.

I’m sorry but not much I can do. This case have to be handled via the operator and the Player. We just supply the game.

Regards,

So it's a real version of the slot, but it leaves a sour taste when providers will supply games to 'casinos' like Osiris.

Thanks for the help Dunover!

Pretty much like Playtech-Progressive Jackpot issue then:B2B relationship only, not interested in the integrity of casino they supply to and/or customer.

Sigh.

Having said that, if they did get involved with disputes over money won on each of their their games; would it not be simply be unmanageable? Suppose this is different as they claim a ‘bug’?

Either way, that’s shite.

If Play'n GO is not willing to fix this they should at least pull the plug and remove all their games from this operator.
Also, they should not supply this game with €20 bet active unless the operator is prepared to pay out on a jackpot. Wishfull thinking, I know.

In the end this will reflect badly on Play'n GO.

I think you have the foundation for legal proceedings against the Casino right there. Someone somewhere would take this on, even on a fifty/fifty split, which is better than a big fat zero. Found out where the head office is domiciled/who the ultimate beneficial owner is as far as you can, and get some emails out to local solicitors with a brief outline of the case.

Yes I understood this. However they claimed my account itself had a bug (not the game)... which is obviously false.
They said you may keep your previous paid out winnings from my previous cashout... (to make themselves sound like the good guy here)

Hilarious, for years we have been told that it's simply not possible for player account settings to impact on game play, as in a casino cannot set an individual to win/lose, the game results are all controlled by the providers. Yet here they are claiming that exactly this has happened due to a 'bug' in your account profile. If things were as claimed then this would be impossible...tinfoil hats on folks. We already know these basic claims are at least partially false as games 'remember' your achievements and this can only be via player profile.

Maybe your account accidentally got set to the 'pay' mode used to lure/placate whales and service the streamers that seem to hit 1000x wins at will:D

There we are, tinfoil hat back off again.
