For that sum of money is it possible to take legal proceedings against the casino or are they totally untouchable with the way they've been set up?
 
Yes I understood this. However they claimed my account itself had a bug (not the game)... which is obviously false.
They said you may keep your previous paid out winnings from my previous cashout... (to make themselves sound like the good guy here)

Request the game logs from playngo and the casino. A data subject request would cover it certainly from the casino point of view - 30 days to get to you. Bear in mind if they lie/alter that document there is a 10% turnover fine. The logs from playngo is a bit more of a grey area i.e do the play records relate to you or the casino etc. Still worth a punt.

I think that the OP is going to find it difficult to instigate legal action against the casino. They are based in Curaçao, also known as piña colada mafia as a Dutch politican calls their leaders.
 
Its not going to be easy but I wouldnt walk away from £100k as easily as that. There is enough meat on the bone for someone to take it on.

I just had a call from one of their reps.

This person said. we had to confiscate your winnings because " there was a gap in the game history during your major win". Since we cannot find this gap, we had to take your winnings away. Until they can get this game history , they have shut down your account.

She also claimed they paid me 5000 with this win .... and I told her I never received anything from this win.

A gap in your game history that councides with probably a 1 in 3 million game event. You must be the most unlucky player alive! I dont think you are going to have a case unless you get playngo to verify your play. They will definately have a record of the game event.

You really do need a solicitor to help your case, this group will not definately not pay you off their own back. If they truly felt they were legally untouchable you wouldnt have recieved that call.

Have you heard of game protect , is this a proper site ? Cant seem to find proper valid information.

I have kinda of stopped gambling frequently. These two wins have kind of put me in a depressive state for the past few months.

So it's a real version of the slot, but it leaves a sour taste when providers will supply games to 'casinos' like Osiris.

I think that's appalling. So providers do not care who they give games to even when they know the casino is dodgy or rogue its all about the money. As long as they get theirs.
 
Absolute b***ocks this, a dream hit that most BOD players have never seen, stolen by a scum casino. While it's not workable for game providers to get involved in everyday player disputes, this is another level and surely deserves an exception.

Play 'n Go should pull their finger out of their backside and take some action here IMHO.
 
It was admitted by Play 'n Go in reply to someone from this forum that their games can be set as low as 84% RTP. That's a horror show right there.

May as well change their name to Play 'n Watch Your Money Go at those kinds of RTP...I played on slotsmillion the other day and opened up a PnG and checked the help file and that one had 92% RTP.

Were you asked to provide something other than a copy of your bank statement? None I have seen have had a signature.

That is a very odd request, unless they mean something besides a bank statement.
seeing as I send online statements, there wouldnt be one...and really, even a bank one wouldnt have one
plus....would you really want your signature floating out there
 
I remember years ago chayton’s partner had a request for a statement from their bank when they won a progressive, to say they had been a customer for x years or whatever. They did comply and were paid.

They might be looking for a certified copy. Or the statement that you authorized the deposit.

Given the nature of the casino, I suspect it is a delay tactic. I am hoping they are delaying in order to have enough funds to pay you.
 
My account was verified months ago. Back then my I sent them my statement ... and after that I received an email saying " your account is verified ".

So why are you asking for these things again, asking for my signature on a bank statement ... and why are you asking for it when my account is blocked with no balance on it.

Fwiw, i just opened 20 of the 72 that were showing on my tablet at SM because I'm literally THAT bored, and of the 20 i looked at they all ranged between 96-96.8% apart from riches of ra which was showing 94.01%. BBL gonna go find me a life..
