I can see what you are saying. But sorry these days everywhere in life a lot of people take offense to just about everything.

I find it hard to believe with everything you hear and see everywhere in life that someone reads a word in a post and is so offended it affects them that bad.

I do not use any words that are offensive but if i read one i might think that's out of line but that's it. I hardly get that deeply traumatised i need to make such a big deal about it.

I basically see the forum as being inclusive, and as such, wouldn't use words that are generally deemed hateful, or directed toward other members (for example, I'd have no problem saying I think Trump is a douche since hes hardly going to be in here posting, but I wouldnt to a member or rep) and will use adult language in a general context providing it's what most wouldnt see as 'hardcore'

Then, there's those words which, simply, if you recognize youd probably look over your shoulder before saying it, then you shouldnt probably say it in a forum where there is ALWAYS someone figuratively speaking, looking over your shoulder.

I have seen numerous reports since becoming a mod, and yes there have been one or two frivolous or petty ones but in the main they are reasoned and mostly justified. Not all reports result in any action, far from it.
I reckon you think mods are on some kind of power trip, grinning as they wield the axe and then make arbitrary decisions - I can assure you that in many cases there is discussion, exchange of considered views and opinions before any action is taken, when the correct action may not be immediately obvious.

Videos are third-party content and not hosted on CM. Any criticism (and there's usually plenty) gets posted on YT comments.

I'm sorry you feel like some kind of victim here. I actually did receive a strike from MaxD once upon a time too FYI. The thing is, I learn from these things whereas some may not.

As mentioned in other posts, "faggot" is wholly offensive to the LGBT community - many of whom are members here in this forum. Furthermore, when it comes to suspensions or bannings, the member's history is taken into account. This member had in the past received an infraction for flaming, so the suspension didn't come out of nowhere.

And if you read my comments on bannings and suspensions here, you'll see that all it takes in most cases is an apology, and the ban is lifted. Rarely does anyone take me up on that offer - it seems that they take the banning as a "red badge of courage", or they just don't care.

I have an open door policy here is well. You don't like the way things are going or what I'm doing, PM me. Those who know me know that I'm easygoing and I'm open to suggestions. And for those who find themselves suspended or banned, sometimes all it takes is an apology to get back in.

You have been given loads of wiggle room here. You have no less than three infractions for posting trollish comments - and I haven't kept track of the suspensions either. If anyone has given you the freedom to speak your piece, it's me. Most forum administrators would have lost patience and banned you after the first couple of offenses.

This whole thread hijacked over one comment from me, while another player did'nt get his winnings of over 100k.

Edit: If i had to spend 5000 to 10k in order to have a shot at the winnings i was rightfull to, then i would do it. Sooner or later that'll pay back and i think it would be a good blow to the casino's who believe they could get away with this behaviour. There is a risk however, but the casino has to clarify why it is not paying anything out in this case.

If you played straight, correct, got a bonus on 20 bet, and a full screen later, then it's pretty obvious to me that you are the rightfull winner of that. Be fast tho, dont let this case sink in for years.

Hi All !

So nearly 2 years later I am battling this situation with a lawyer name Roelof Bijkerk who started a court case against the operator of the casino, a Curacao company called Game Tech Group NV. After the court case was started suddenly the casino called me twice recently and offered me € 20,000 and close my claim. I told them to contact Mr. Bijkerk. Subsequently they offered him € 40,000 which was denied because there is no legitimate reason not to get the full amount of over € 90,000.

The casino confiscated my winnings around two years ago because ‘there was a major bug on my account’.

They never replied to correspondence of my lawyer.

When they called me recently they claimed that I used an ‘insurance bonus’ which is a lie and therefor supposedly a limit was set on my winnings.

Now they claim in court that I refused to verify myself, hence my winnings were confiscated. This is utter crap because I have had previous winnings from them and was verified previously. They come up with different arguments each time, and they make no sense at all.

I have me a similar situation with a Curacao casino who have confiscated £50,000 approx winnings from me claiming I have committed fraud. I won it legitimately on purchase feature slots. I don't think I have what it takes to pursue it as fully as you are even though I am thoroughly devastated about what has happened.

I admire your tenacity and hope you get what's rightfully yours!

Yeah, they would not have sent a single cent. You can only agree to something like that if they send e.g. 80 or 90% first, then you close and they send then the reminder. In any other case, they will be sitting in their office and high-fiving each other.

Well IF and only IF you were sure of getting the 40k should you sign anything. The simple answer is they pay your lawyer who only releases the funds to you, minus his fee, once you have signed, so the defendant cannot stitch you up.

I think the 'severity' of some words varies between different English-speaking countries.
