Update, October 2024: this Warning has now been withdrawn and is no longer applicable. See down-thread for details.

We've seen a few cases come through where US players were reporting that they were not being paid. The reason the casino was giving was "we don't accept US players".

Ok, we've said to the casino, then you'll be refunding their deposits, yes? Silence.

It's bad enough that this should happen once but repeats of the same scenario strongly hint that the casino is deliberately taking money from US players with no intention of ever paying them.

That's flat-out rogue behaviour and as such all players are advised to avoid this casino until there is good evidence that they've stopped fleecing US players.

OK, as forum regulars will be aware, we revisit — or are asked to revisit — old Warnings from time to time. We’re always happy to do so as long as all parties concerned are aware that “revist” only means “retract" where the circumstances justify it.

In the case of Bob Casino we’ve had very few complaints since this was posted, the management there has changed considerably, and any issues that have come up have been handled quickly and professionally.

So, hear ye, hear ye: this Warning is now under review for the purposes of being withdrawn and archived in the absence of any good reason to the contrary. If anyone has words on the subject now is the time to share.

PS. In the interest of full disclosure there are two other casinos — Cleopatra and BitcoinCasino.io — that are also up for review as per the request of the casino group. Lest this cause concern our primary reason for proceeding with this is our excellent relations and years of productive work with Dama/Softswiss: if anyone has earned the right to have past Warnings revisited and reviewed it is them.
