This one is a bit overdue: complaints against MrSloty have been piling up over the last few months and it's always the same story. Player plays, player wins, player wants to withdraw and all of a sudden everything is impossible:
  • "don't want to pay my withdraw request ... They say all the times that I have to wait between 7 and 21 days"
  • "waiting again after another 8 weeks this has been a total of 5 months from 1st attempt"
  • "£5000 withdrawal 'awaiting' for 9 weeks"
  • "it’s on pending and they refuse to explain why"
This is obviously a recurring pattern, has been going of for a while now and readers need to be aware of what they're getting into at MrSloty.

WARNING: MrSloty is not paying its players and they are ignoring player complaints. Players are STRONGLY advised to avoid this casino until there is some reason to believe they've changed their ways for the better (breath-holding not recommended).

Later: MrSloty continues with its old tricks. It seems they were closed for a while now back again (maybe). The bottom line is they make false claims about their license -- "Mrsloty operates under Master License 8065/JAZ " but there is no 8065 Master License in Curaçao** -- and players can only expect things to go downhill from there. AVOID THIS CASINO.

**[thanks to dunover for pointing out the license fakery]

Hey @maxd I'd be a bit stronger with this warning - at first when checking this out I got a site in Polish with Betsoft slots included (always a bad sign) that claimed an 8065/JAZ license (not one of the 4 master Cup-o-cocoa licenses AFAIK?)

Then I tried the .uk domain and it is redirecting to some shithole site called midnightwins which has the whole plethora of fake games & aggregator, then I tried to 'take' the UK offer in £ again, this time redirected to another rogue site displaying no license, bountyreels, then bonusstrike casino.

mrsloty was a scam site taking unlicensed UK from the outset and is associated with numerous other scams.

The site has disappeared from operation (possibly due to a BAD Trustpilot rating and threads like this in SEO.)

Any player is extremely unlikely to be paid ever, but never would have been anyway even while it was up. The craphole is simply reskinned now and mrgrotty simply directs you to a random associated scam shithole site like the three I mentioned above.

I would recommend don't ever play there (you can't anyway now) nor any of the sites linked to the scammers. There will never be a reason to 'believe they've changed their ways for the better' so even your faint optimism is as pointless as you have stated.

I wish I saw this before I played there. I deposited 3k and have a 5k withdrawal that’s been pending over a month. Chat are now none responsive. Hard lesson to write off that one.

cashalotcasino.com is another name to add here, it's directly related to MrSloty and MrSloty1. Right now it's their fresh redirect but can go back online anytime. It has too nice name to not turn it into MrSlotty-like operation.

£2.5 k I’m waiting for since 25th dec. after 66 days went it back to my account said it’s not their fault and not mine. So drew it again 25th March still no luck. Chat are useless which you probably already know. I’ve won with them before like £300, £500 straight in my bank account. What I’ve found is anything more there’s a massive delay.

Maybe try smaller amounts and see if they'll let them drip through.

Hate seeing this happen to players. It's cost me thousands over the years before I found casinos that wouldn't jerk you around with withdrawals too much.

I won £2.5 k on 25th dec. same old rubbish wait 21 days. That came and went. Messaged everyday since after 66 days back in my account. Said not my fault not there’s. Withdrew again that was 33 days ago. Same old with chat still being processed I doubt any of us will see the money owed. There’s a lot of people on trust pilot with same problem. I have sent 12 letters through resolver not replied to one. I contacted their gambling authority was told they could t do anything. They did say they were going to start looking into it as they’ve had a lot of complaints. But don’t hold your breath.

That’s what I’m going to try next time they put it back in my account

Of course, rogue outfits don't care once they've got your money.

  • Resolver doesn't apply because they're not a UK business.
  • UKGC oversight doesn't apply because they're not a UK business - any longer-term decisions they make will not be related to individual complaints or consumers anyway.
  • Curacao oversight isn't really worth anything, and as the (recently updated) CM warning above mentions the license is fake anyway.
As Avernite suggests, that is your best suggestion at this point - but I'm afraid you have to be prepared for the worst and you may never see those winnings. If you deposited with your debit card (or worse, credit card) you might be able to talk to your bank about it, but that would be the absolute last thing to try because a rogue casino will use it as an excuse to confiscate the winnings they probably weren't going to pay you anyway.

Bottom line : MrSloty is a good old-fashioned pirate casino that can't be trusted with your dirty whites never mind your money. Avoid, AVOID, AVOID!

I’ve been waiting since Dec for 2.5k with 3 failed attempts and put back into my account. 1st excuse sorry not our fault not yours. 2nd excuse it’s been held for to long now funds have been put back in your account from at risk team. 3rd excuse sorry struggling to pay bank transfer please send all card details. Asked again what’s going on now telling me that there is a process and have to wait. Deleted me off chat and all emails bounce back. 6 months I’ve been relentless and got nowhere.opend an account with resolver wont reply to them. Contacted gamble board said they can’t do anything at present but are introducing stricter laws around these sites in the future.

Do a £3k dispute/chargeback with the bank and explain they are no longer contactable and there is a breach of contract and services are no longer been offered to you including the fact they're ignoring all contact. Yes, you'll make a £2k loss but at least you should get something back.

This was first raised seven weeks ago, so I would sincerely hope the poster has already been in touch with their bank since they first raised the issue here. Time is an important factor here - and rogue sites know that (or should that be rouge sites, sorry @maxd  ).

When we talk about UKGC-licensed sites, your rights start to erode after six months. However, for other scenarios those timescales are shorter.

In the case of chargebacks, they tend to be capped at 120 days - and we're now a full two months beyond that. Section 75 disputes are up to six years, but apply to credit cards and not debit cards. Otherwise it'll be down to the goodwill of the bank.

As I said in May, I'm afraid you have to be prepared for the worst outcome here...

Ahh didn't realise this had been ongoing for so long Jason. A very good and valid point made.
