Resolved BE-AWARE !!! bling city casino refusing to pay out winnings !

Seems to me that on bling city casino where iam currently stuck with them, they do not want to to proceed with some withdrawals, made 4 cashouts since joined last Monday but second withdrawal witch is 4 digit figure they do not want to transfer it to my skrill account (status - pending approval), 1st wave excuses by live chat reps was withdrawal queue due large volume of withdrawals, now today they told me that this withdrawal have technical issues :eek:

Most interesting fact is that 3 other withdrawals (3 digit amounts) were proceeded as usual - within 12- 24 hours
 
It may be because the w/d in excess of a certain amount, or your combined w/d's have exceeded the KYC limits so they need extra checks. If a casino happily pays you 3 times it is unlikely to stop n the fourth.
 
indeed it seems rather normal... good casino if they pay out 3 times no questions asked in a timely fashion (i dont know if that last part is proper english, but tomato potato...)
 
i think dunnovers right on the spot here, they are from malta and maybe u reached the 2300€ limit for the extra kyc?? . just chill and dont continue to flame them here, see what they will say to you and then if ur unhappy file a pab.

as i said in my opening post they will not give exact reason for week long pending withdrawal, 1st they said it is due large volume of withdrawals and they are behind normal queue, 2nd rep said yesterday that this withdrawal have technical issue :eek:

Just looked into T&C: for over 2300 withdrawal is required verification documents witch i already sent same day when i requested my 1st withdrawal and my account is fully verified, there is no word about monthly withdrawal limit

Unfortunately they do not close threads normally, Its why you have to use chosen words, Yes we all get frustrated and say some words we regret but we have to live with it,

As others have said, that's not how we do things at Casinomeister. Please read the Forum Policies on Deleting Posts and Threads for details.
