Started with the Sunday 200 bonus thinking as usual I'd never make the play through...then hit the random!:D I had hit The London Inspector (pretty much all I play) a couple of times this year already once playing .25 and had some huge wins here but could never seem to find the cashout button. Oh well I hope Inetbet wont be upset with me, I just found it in time for the holidays and needed car repairs;) Whoo Hoo

Will get Zero

Ugh won't be cashing out did not know you couldn't bet more than 25% of your deposit was told this morning in an email by manager:( The random and everything else is voided. I did not see anything about it when taking bonus. I'm done with online gambling. Only my 50 was returned to me:(:(:(:(

I am trying to find this rule in their T&C's but I can't find it! I will give them a heads up about this. Time to explain, I guess.

Yes, iNetBet came back to me with that as well. They also said that they have asked RTG to put the jackpot money back since it wasn't "won".

I didn't find the term when I read, I'm getting waay to old. :D

It's there, and it wasn't hidden. I checked wayback machine and it must have been placed there the recent months, in july it wasn't there.

terms

Thanks guys yes I was devastated but I too found the rule after some time looking. Emily did reply to my concern. I did know now about the rule and my bet was 25.00 after playing for a while of course I just played it to see how it felt lol I had No reason to as I would easily have made the playthrough.
Its a very very expensive lesson, I do read the bonus rules when playing one but it was not attached to the coupon only the sticky rules...I more than likely will not use a bonus again. I thought unless like Slotocash has it posted on the side (excellent Idea) you could play whatever here.
I still am a fan of Inetbet and have played there for many many years I'm just sad sad about the conclusion.

It is exactly where some casino's prey on,sorry to say so..
In this case I believe it was a genuine misunderstanding as player did not know about the rule..
But that's why they put them far far away in their jungle of t&c's..Players not reading them, winning big and the money is just being taken away from you..Ordinary theft in my opinion but that is another discussion..
If this is a regular and loyal player Inetbet could have at least paid her out a bit of the monies..

If the OP's situation happened to me I guess it'd feel pretty down knowing full well that it was in the T&C and it was ultimately my own fault.

I can see this type of mistake happening alot to first time players of online slots because the majority of them probably have not done their research and might feel naive that it is run the same way as a land casino. It will probably also catch out those with experience from time to time because the nature of playing slots for a long session is to unwind not think to much and enjoy the game and you might not even realize that you have changed the coin size.

I know I was shocked to even realize there was T&C attached to bonuses when I started playing online. My first ever play I was super excited to go from a $20 bonus to $300 and simply thought I could withdraw only to find out there was something called a wagering requirement and maximum allowed bet. Fortunate that the maximum bet I did was $3 and I managed to withdraw at x6 (maximum of deposit) which was $120.

So why can't in this day and age with all the advancement with software technology can't providers like MG,netent or whoever add features to their software such as when taking a bonus automatically set the maximum size of the bet that is legal to claim the bonus should it be cleared. It would sure help in this case as it would prevent people falling into a trap or hitting max bet by accident by giving them a safety measure. The software/casinowhoever can do so much more to prevent these kind of cases happening.

Anyway like lotusch said if you are a loyal customer hopefully they will reward you somehow because I believe you have made an honest mistake.

Tis the season an all that - but if they do give you something it will be weighed down again in terms :Read:

Because theres no incentive for them to do it, they'd rather just void all your winnings such as in this case.
Pretty bad of inetbet to hide the T&Cs like this, they should make it more visible.
I long for the glory days of online gambling, reasonable wagering requirements and no max bet or max cash out :eek2:

On some sites , it's like walking through a minefield! I learned my lesson. I always read the tc very carefully when I sign up to a new site . But this case is very brutal .

Thanks

Guys thanks so much for your support and sympathy! It has been a ruff couple of days for me ugh. I posted the wins out of sheer joy and excitement of being able to finally cashout after so many years of not. I'm so thankful there is a forum to share the disappointment with my fellow online players.

I think its understood that it was a mistake, even the casino said when explaining the withdrawal denial that they assumed it was because I had not seen the terms and conditions which are apparently different from the bonus rules. NO ONE in their right mind would play 25 and throw all of their winnings for no reason especially since the wins came from 6.25 and 12.50 bets (legal bets) in the first place. I didn't play to get up...I was Way up I played because I was up Way up. Normally 1.25 is a risky bet for me!

Though it now seems like a bitch and moan post it isn't intended that way. I am upset with ME. I am a pretty seasoned player and have been playing online for maybe 13/14 years. I only play at accredited trusted tried and true casinos mainly Inetbet, CW, Slotastic and a lil sloto and 3dice and look for no max out bonuses even though playthroughs are pretty tough. I only play slots really. I don't always use bonuses but I know that no matter what players and the site have my back if anything shady goes on.

I thought I had covered my bases but now realize I made two critical mistakes:
1st as always I checked out the 200 terms, then went to the next set of associated terms for the Sunday bonus not realizing there was a 3rd.

2nd and this will probably make me look like an idiot (I threw away 12 grand so that ship has sailed lol) in the paragraph I saw Max rule and erroneously thought it mean you can't play the games at their max 62.50 as pictured. Since you could only go to 25 I had always believed it was capped off by them so you couldn't play it. I had no idea 25 was the max until two days ago. Why is it pictured at that if you can't even play it? I checked some other RTG's and its the same only to 25. Ugh I'm a dummy. I know they block you from playing certain games and certain amount of lines on free spins and thought its that way so you can't hit "max" now I know the real meaning the 25% rule.

I was given my 52 bucks back (went instantly lol) and a "hope you have more good luck" which is like telling my son who once hit a full court shot in a contest, hope you do that again! It never happened again Pure luck but he just won tickets to a ball game not 12,000. It was my Big cashout that we all hope for lol.

Expensive lesson I am sad and will play again but no more bonuses for me (unless freebies)
Again its why I like when things are spelled out near the bonus itself or in cashier like Slotcash just tells you upfront what you can and can't do.

I find this entire thing to be completely disgusting. This is a depositing player who made a mistake well after winning enough to make her WR.
Any reasonable Casino IMO would compromise on this and perhaps restore her balance and wagering to the point it was at before she over the 25 % bet rule and let her continue from there.

To flat out confiscate the winnings like this of a real depositing player is horrible and shows they have absolutely no flexibility or willingness to deal with issues. It's a big, you broke the terms so FU. Talk to the hand.

Funny how I am just reading this now after I already voted these guys worst US facing casino.

Right :(
