All British Casino - Withdrawal Issues

Hi all,

Wondering if you can help! Was directed here from The Gambling Community forum as @L&L-Jan is active and will be able to assist.

I'm having nothing but issues with All British Casino. Deposits as per usual are taken instantly without question. However, when I had a nice win (5 figures), I've ran into so many issues which are disabling any withdrawals. The usual document verifications have been provided and accepted. There was then a request of a 'Customer Enhanced Due Diligence Form' which again was completed in full and sent promptly as requested. It's now been several days and there has been no correspondence other than support staff requesting the same documents that have already been supplied which is incredibly disappointing having heard many good things. I'm sure this site would not be recommended if it wasn't legit, but has anyone else had any issues and is anyone able to assist or give the right people a polite nudge? @L&L-Jan Would especially appreciate your support.

Many thanks in advance.

Andrew

It is 100% legit and you will get a response - be patient, the rep is very good! You'll probably be able to sort it via PM, so try that first as is procedure.

Appreciate the response and it's warming to hear they are indeed legit. It's been nearly a week, although patient, it's frustrating when such a level of documentation is requested and promptly supplied and then not actioned. For then support staff to keep reaching out asking for documents already provided multiple times shows a lack of internal communication and portrays a very negative brand image.

There's absolutely no, zero, zilch incentive for any UK player to sign up to a Malta based casino these days. It's just asking for trouble like this. Withdraw a nice sum and even if you've only ever deposited £50 it seems you're instantly targeted for this 'enhanced due diligence'. Always the same old story; allowed to deposit at will but withdrawal held up indefinitely. They just do not seem to understand nor be able to assign player risk appropriately and opt for a sledgehammer approach instead. It has been covered to the Nth degree elsewhere on the forum.

Hope it gets sorted.

That's totally unfair on L&L, and numerous of the other Malta-based sites. There are rogues out there, but L&L are not one of them.

Their accounts teams occasionally can be a bit slower than usual, but I find PMing Jan here always results in same/next working day resolution, and I'm sure that if I weren't impatient, they'd have naturally sorted themselves as well.

Got to disagree. L&L are shocking for sow and the customer services don’t communicate properly and make you go round in circles there is no excuse to hold this guy’s money up for seven days it doesn’t take seven days to check a sow form, it’s more like cash flow issues to stall him. It’s all good saying you’ll get paid but I’ve seen so many people have problems with this brand and always get piss taken with large withdrawals and the enhanced due diligence. So say I deposited £20 and won £3k I would have to do sow? Bollocks.

All I can say is that occasionally they ask me to update my ID, and save for one occasion which went slightly wrong (due to new staff), it was updated and accepted within 24 hours.

I’ve had one SOW in the last year from them, which was completed easily and simply.

A fortnight ago I deposited a tenner and withdrew a grand just over half an hour later; in my account by 5pm that day.

No business is perfect, but as casinos go, there is a reason L&L are regularly highly rated here.

@L&L-Jan - will this do? Invoice in post etc etc.

Can you PM me you username as £20 deposit should def not trigger any edd request. Only KYC due to withdrawal amount.

@Mr_Slot5 a £50 deposit won't trigger an EDD request. Also we do limit your deposits within our tresholds. So statements like: I can deposit forever but when I withdrawal I get a EDD request. This is also not true.

At All British Casino yesterday alone 12 customers reached their daily treshold for edd/sow. Six were already verified so could continue. One customer deposit £10 and deposits were blocked after, we got an alert on the person. The other 5 customers deposit option was switched off until documents are provided and verified. None has a pending withdrawal.

Just to proof we're doing our best, being pro-active asking for docs as soon as required or reasonable, and that we def start the process even without withdrawal requests from the customer - where future deposits are also prevented.

@danofthewibble Thanks for letting hear the other side of the story. And of course there are more members here with similar experience.

In regards to OP, there were some sloppy mistakes made on our end that def delayed the process. I'm dealing with it now and have been in contact with OP since this morning.

Same for me - never had any issues. Went through source of wealth checks/had to sign the form they sent me but withdrawals always processed quickly - longest i have waited is around 3 days (but this was over a weekend when i deposited and withdrew large amounts on a Friday night, all SOW and forms completed over the weekend and money in my account on a Monday).

Also i recently had a free £50 off @L&L-Jan from a promotion on here - went through wagering and withdrew £1k - no issues and in my account within a couple of hours.

No denying that L&L are very good when it’s all plain sailing and there’s no doubting Jan is a top rep with integrity.

However, there have been numerous cases on here where people have complained about their EDD practices (as @kennygamerboy points out). There was one such case, if I recall correctly, where a person said they did not wish to comply with the request and support were saying they could not get their withdrawal in that instance. As Colin pointed out, this is not how it works. The casino cannot just seize a customer’s withdrawal indefinitely. Proper channels have to be followed. It’s not unreasonable to wish to be treated like a human rather than a numbered commodity.

So my point stands, where is the incentive for a customer to risk their hard earned cash at any place that can so flagrantly disregard proper practice in such situations? Not everyone has access to such a top rep like Jan who can resolve such things with haste. I say this generally speaking, not just towards L&L.

True enough. Things do go wrong from time to time, but that's the risk you run with any form of online gambling, isn't it?

I rather suspect we hear more complaints about the Malta-based casinos than the few remaining UK-based because the Maltese ones offer far more interesting bonuses, which complicates matters further. The UK-ones offer crappy bonuses (if any), but seem to be more automated (or less risk-averse) than their international counterparts.

I think that’s a fair assessment and I also think that the UK casinos probably have built player profiles to a larger extent behind the scenes (automated). For example they can verify your debit cards electronically which saves the hassle of having to upload photos.

It’s just not a great time to be a gambler in the UK and the UKGC seem intent on further alienating players.

I'm firmly of the opinion that at some point one of the more reputable Curacao casinos will decide to risk accepting disillusioned UK players. The UK is famously one of the biggest gambling markets in the world, and at some point the risk/reward will be too great for them to resist.

Yes I think that time will probably come. There will come a time, perhaps, where the UKGC totally loses control all because of their own doing. As you say, disillusioned players who just want to gamble in peace without stupid interventions like prohibition of auto play.

Except there won't be the games we're used to. All the games providers who supply UKGC licensed casinos are also licensed themselves by the UKGC.
I can't see the likes of NetEnt, BTG, MGS etc, risking losing their UKGC license just because some Curacao casino decides to open up to UK players legitimately

Thanks for understanding and the feedback. However, although you guys can always reach out to me.. Unfortunately I can not make decisions within the process of SOW/Edd. As I'm licensed for marketing that would be a conflict of interest. So that part of the job I need to leave to the peeps assigned for the task. What I can do is try to speed the process up, and provide actual information of data we need in order to complete the verification process.

I agree with this, but I think a lot depends on personal experience. There are casinos that have been highly recommended to me in the past (888, 21, Leovegas, VS etc) and i had nothing but absolute nightmares trying to get my money out of them when i tried to withdrawl modest amounts.

My views on ABC are probably slightly blinkered, but my experience with them has been flawless so I do recommend them to other people. But if we look at other places like 21 or VS, a lot of people say they are good, but i had bad experiences and won't recommend them. I think a lot has to do with how your initial interaction goes.

Yep, play where you feel comfortable!

L&L are obviously doing a lot of things right, and of course the poor experiences will always be shouted about louder than the good ones. That's pretty much the same for anything.

Careful mate, they'll be accusing you of having rigged slots next  :p

Only tried one L and L casino,All Briish, lost a load ,won a bit, money held to ransom,With Jans help eventually got paid
but closed the account and wont try Malta again.
When will the UKGC start doing their job and protect players from these predatory practices that have been going on for years.
Too busy spending a fortune on surveys about autoplay and then ignore the the results pathetic.
