32RED introduces 24 hours pending period on withdrawals

Does anyone have any recent updates regarding the withdrawal time at 32Red?

Still 24 hours pending and no weekends I'm assuming?

It's been my experience that sometimes it's more than 24 hours depending during the week. It depends on the cashout time. My last cashout was I think around 7pm and it was still pending 41 hours later. Total time for cashout to payout to Neteller was 44 hours if I recall and this was during the week. So for my last couple of payouts haven't been consistent re pending periods and cashout times during the week.

I think if 32 Red states 24 hours pending then they should stick to it and after the 24 hour pending period is up the payments should be put into work in progress automatically. Just my 2 cents

Thank you for sharing your experience! I plan to play some poker on the network mainly, but I'll make sure to contact the payment department when 24 hours has passed in that case, as I can imagine it not being a nice experience if it drags into the weekend.

I inputted this data in the Meister Minions Data with the information I wrote in my post I love 32Red but have noticed that they have become a tad inconsistent lately with pending periods and cashout times. I guess it is dependent on the time of day you cashout. I have had 2 withdrawals from 32Red this month and have inputted both in that section of the forum including pending times etc.

Current payout procedure at 32RED

It looks like this:

- Withdrawals are pending a minimum of 24hrs and a maximum of 95.59hrs
- Withdrawals submitted Sun-Thu before 3pm GMT will be processed the next day, giving you a max. 24hr pending period
- Withdrawals submitted Thu after 3pm GMT will be kept pending until Monday, giving you a max 95.59hrs pending period!!!

Hence, if you want to avoid long pending periods plan your withdrawals accordingly. It should be noted that you can have your account blocked by contacting LiveChat if you want to make sure you do not reverse. They will put a temporary lock on your account and will not lift it until your withdrawal is paid out, no matter what you tell them.

I don't like it either, 32RED feels sometimes like a dinosaur.....they have become big and super slow.

But, in their defense, all other MG download casinos are pretty much the same with the exception of GoWild/WJ, Lucky247 (if you are a VIP), CR group (if you are a VIP) and Fortune Lounge/Digimedia (if you are a SUPER VIP) who are still flushing withdrawals on request.

However, no payments on weekends at any MG download casino, which is atrocious to be honest, considering that all were paying 24/7/365 at some point in the past and today's norm is rather hours than days.

It's the same with VPL. If you are VIP (and in my case know I'm not reversing anyway) and catch your account manager they even flush it on the same day. However I'm quite sure when you are prone to reversals they won't offer you that "service".

I used to play at bingo cams, MG casino only, Always paid the same day or next, If I withdraw twice in the evening and say the next day it was still pending than I withdraw again say 10 minutes before the last lot was about to go out than they would even roll that last withdraw in it and pay all in one go,

I've made a ton of withdrawals with them (club rouge), but this is the longest I've had to wait by far. I assume it will go in tomorrow on the 28th? That will be 6 days. If this is going to be the new norm, I'm going to have to start looking elsewhere from now on. It feels like they are drawing it out in hopes that I reverse it....which I've done in the past. :-(

Depends at what time on the 22nd you withdrew? If after about 3pm it would not get dealt with until the 23rd which would mean it would not have been actually been fully processed until yesterday.

My bank updates at 3.15pm so if you me I would get the money later today but if your bank updates overnight it will indeed be tomorrow when you get it.

It's probably not solved yet. You could try the flash version because that worked yesterday they said.

I have has issues for years, slow, gateway errors, having to reinstall. taking up taking up a trillion GB's of hard drive, Fighting my CPU, I canot try any think as deleted all sites untill my new computer arrives,

My internet connection is pretty good and my laptop is not too shabby either. My experience with the download involved watching "Games" flashing up " 2 games downloaded from 200" or so in one section and "5 games downloaded of 12" in another section. When I clicked on a specific game to play I was met with "downloading" for as long as I had the patience to wait ( Maybe 15 minutes) . This has gone on for a few months now despite re installing.
The browsing version is slow.

Thanks for the info about your experience of the download client. I find it frustrating that I can not use mine. Yeah I had a bee in my bonnet about 32Red but I still respect the Casino enough to deposit there

You could try to do a clean reinstallation You have both a folder called Microgaming, but also in programs you have one called MGS.
That one contains around 14GB of data. I know cause I removed it yesterday.

That way you start from scratch. A normal reinstallation is rarily enough.
Also you could try the ''repair'' in the Microgaming folder first. Sometimes that actually fix things.
