My withdrawal is now a work in progress which may mean I get it tomorrow if they actually process it today which I would be happy with or Wednesday if they actually process it tomorrow which I will have to be happy with!

I assume you don't have a Neteller account then, or you would already have had it?
It's so much faster I can't use anything else

Wow so even if it just says work in progress you still get it straight away ? no I dont have one. I have no problem with getting it the next working day but if it takes until wednesday I will be a little sad !

It would have said processed at once (if there was no glitch) and you would have had them right away yes.
You'll get them tomorrow though I'm sure of it.

If its a withdrawal back to your bank or debit card I would imagine it will be Wednesday before you get it depending on bank.

If I take a withdrawal from anywhere to my bank on a Monday its always Wednesday before I receive it.

Same as above I see, my last withdrawal was showing in progress but it was actually in my e wallet, Just did not get a email or anything. So it was paid in about 2 days.

So I would check where ever you are withdrawing if it says in progress.

Yes, you are correct. Any withdrawals made to debit card between 17:00 Thursday and 17:00 Sunday get paid on Monday's run and reach your bank 48 hours later on Wednesday.

I bank with Nationwide and if I withdraw on a Monday its always in bank by 5pm Tuesday

I was paid Friday and it's still showing as Work in process.
It is a glitch I hope they will fix soon.

I played at one of the 32RED 4 casinos every day for the last 3 years until a few weeks ago, nowhere else. So you can assume that i had only praise for them over all those years otherwise i would have looked around much earlier.

There are always 2 sides to a story Dunover. How would you feel if after making $15K deposits in a few days and finally you see some good wins and you make a few withdrawals only them to be left pending day after day. On day 3 you then suddenly receive 100$ into your account and the rest is left pending. No explanation given. Would you not be annoyed??

You reverse it then and lose it all to the benefit of the casino and when you ask for some goodwill chips you get declined, even when they can see that the withdrawals were kept pending for days.

They were very quick to send me a PM regarding the post, but nobody until today explained to me why the withdrawals were not paid. Not a single word.

After some 3 months!!!! the matter has been actually looked into 2 weeks ago and i didn't have the time to crosscheck with my records. Hence, my update to this is a little late.

Jon looked into it after i had another issue with them regarding the DOTD at 32RED. I had made my last deposit past midnight and due to the time change end of March i did not realize it was past midnight until i checked my transaction logs, hence it would have qualified for the DOTD of the new day. I live in Bangkok and we do not change to daylight saving time here. This was on the 30/31 March, so just after the clocks were turned forward. I had lost the last of my deposits from that session and asked LiveSupport for some goodwill chips, which they declined. When i found out that i deposited after midnight, i asked whether they could credit me the 25% DOTD chips as goodwill, would have been 9$, which they declined as well. Wrote then a message expressing my disappointment to Jon and the pitboss and that's what got then the ball rolling to investigate the matter with those withdrawals.

Jon sent me a somewhat detailed withdrawal and reversal log and it looks like the withdrawals were made after the daily deadline. My records suggest different, that one of the withdrawals was just before the deadline and one just after. I asked payments/support at the time if they could process them together since their T&C's state "usually around 24hrs" which suggests it can be a little less than 24hrs but that did not happen.

But i give them the benefit of the doubt. Case closed. The dosh is long gone anyway.

Ever since the somewhat harsh post i made in this thread which got me the threat of legal action from Mark i have been excluded from the Slotmeister competition and as it looks now no more RED LETTER DAY bonus chips either. I used to get them twice every month, around 14th and around 28th, mostly 75$. The last 6 weeks the amounts went down already to just 32 chips, this week nothing!!!

So no more real reason to be loyal to 32RED, i get treated much better at other places where i deposit much less than i did at 32RED. The promos are neither exciting anymore. Let's to the maths: for 1300$ in deposits, i get 420 DOTD chips, total to play 1720$, if i stick strictly to the max amounts. Weekly matches are 1x100%, 2x50%, 3x25%, 1x10% = average 32%. Virtually ZERO extra chips, maybe some free spins at minimum value or a rubies top-up and i have to claim the DOTD with one deposit

Compare that to FortuneLounge where i get 2 x 3 days/week 50% up to 1000 for multiple deposits. So first i have 3 days to claim the maximum 1000 comps and i can make endless deposits and the 50% bonus will be credited automatically up to the max. So if i deposit 1300$ here, i get 600 bonus chips in 3 days, total to play 1900$. That is 180 extra comps for a lot more playtime Plus extra chips from promos, free spins at least 0.02$ value @ 4 coins, extra comps from my personal VIP host. That puts my deposit/comp ratio to well above 50% if i do not deposit more than the promotional amounts, which i exceed quite rarely.

Payout times are the same as 32RED, 24hr pending, no flushing, no weekends, so there is no difference either to keep me loyal to 32RED.

Sorry that i wandered off from the original reason that i posted but once i started to write it all came out. Got it off my chest now. I have been in Sales and Customer Service for over 25 years but i never treated any of my customer(good or bad ones, nor easy or difficult ones) as poorly as 32RED has treated me in the past 4 months. I have to say now, they finally succeeded to get rid of me, congratulations 32RED and sayonara

Harry i have to say in this free world that we live in it is great we can all have our views and can say what we want.
After reading your comments regarding 32 Red over the last few months my view is that maybe it was your time to move on.
I still mainly deposited at 32 red and have my good and bad days but i still find them one of the best will continue to be loyal to them without me looking for anything in return except fairness and honesty.
I wish you the best of luck at the other casino's that you will be depositing at and please no more 32 Red negativity.lol

32 Red is like my casino 'big brother' lol, been a member so long, learnt a lot (of how to play good games bad games etc) and had some real good times there (sure some bad too but never dwell on the negatives!)

Nothing against you or your posts Harry and I'll always provide helpful input when I can but I too don't like seeing negativity against them, I for sure have had a nightmare there this last month with an awful RTP but still, I take the good with the bad and will stick by them.

You have a massive choice where you live of MG download and browser based casinos so be lucky! Us in the Uk now have a choice of about 3-4 lol all the best!

I hear you guys, and believe me it really hurts me badly that i have to post negative things about 32RED.

For 3 years i was a proud member of their player community. Recommended them to anybody and everybody asking me for advice on online casinos, had only praise for them. Appr. 98% of my total yearly deposits to online sites went to one of their 4 group casinos, every year of these 3 years and that was always well in excess of $100K.

As i said in a previous post i did not open a new casino account during this period, that's how happy i was at 32RED. Would never have thought that i will complain about them one day. I actually have my own thread on a different forum where i posted all my nice winning screenshots, not a single bad word about them in 50+ posts.

Hence, i felt long reluctant to post something even in the slightest negative about them but the last 4 months were just hit after hit and my disappointment grew to the point where i had the feeling they were doing everything possible to make me stop playing there. I won't start repeating the things i have said in previous posts, but, believe me, those were just a few of the things that happened recently.

I have been playing online pretty much daily for the past 15 years and i certainly had my fair share of disappointment in one way or another, be it extra comps, response to a complaint etc. I just took it on my chin and never did i post anything about it because, understandably, they can't please you every time you raise your finger

I have been reading the CasinoMeister website for years before joining the forum some 4 months ago, so i know there is a great support for 32RED here and rightly so, they were the best online casino for years and today they are still among the most trustworthy places to deposit knowing that you will get paid, although not as fast anymore as in the past.

I do feel for you on this one, I too felt exactly the same earlier this month, I am only a low roller but had had roughly 15 x bad deposits on the trot (deposits of £20-£30 average) and even live help told me that my RTP for one session was 35%!! think that's a record! These deposits gave very little playtime and I was not even meeting the WR on the 25% DOTD bonuses

I too was told 'No' in regards to a good will (maybe because I'm up on casino overall I don't know their criteria so don't point my finger lol)

Now a year or so ago If say I had 4-5 'bad deposits' on the trot, although I did not 'pester' or approach live help every time, they were far more forthcoming with giving me a free chip for say 10 or 20, even 32 once or twice.

All I can suggest is that I feel that the support staff and also VIP managers hands are somewhat 'tied a bit tighter' these days, there is a lot of online competition out there, growing weekly, the introduction of taxes on UK players and also all the other good things they offer such as SlotsMeister, Free rolls and the donations to charities, sponsorship's etc, all costs em a small fortune I'm sure.

There is nothing worse than settling in for a nice session on slots, thinking to yourself 'Gotta have a good play time today, surely' only to 'bust out' virtually straightaway with no game time and then to put icing on the cake be told 'no' to a comp or goodwill, its like a poke in the eye with a sharp stick

However we know the risk when we deposit and the casino(s) are not obligated to add anything so I now set my mind to lose mode and if I win or lose and get a free then great, if not no sleep lost.

If and when I open 'Jon's online slot and free whore house' I assure all members in the T&C's that you will all get a freebie of some description after a bad run
