WTF Fortune lounge??

    I used to play at 7Sultans, and recently when I went to log in it wouldn't work either on a fresh DL or the flash version.

    After a long go around with live chat and three disconnects, they gave me a link to a different downlosd which did work. I assumed the problem had been fixed.

    I had a problem with my computer after that and had to re-install everything, and when I went to access 7sultans, same thing. Here is the Live Chat from tonight:

    I did not end the chat session here, it just dropped.... AGAIN!

    Something strikes me as fishy here, are there people playing on two different servers? What is so hard about adding my account to the new server? If there is a new server, why is the old one still running, how many people using it, and what are the odds of me winning on it? The last time they gave me the link to the old server, it didn't seem to play like it used to.:mad:

    I think a response from the fortune lounge rep would be appropriate here.

    I have PM'ed you for your account details to ascertain where you live and have to assume that you live in the USA.

    As you know, all USA players were moved onto new software on 28 May and because we have a new software provider, you are playing on a different server to the one you played on in the past. It is therefore impossible to just add accounts to different servers.

    We apologise for the inconvenience.

    Could it be the problem in reverse. You are being fed the US version by the website, which of course does not recognise your account because it is on the "rest of the world" server.

    The US product is virtually the same as the "normal" Microgaming, so you might not notice UNTIL you log in (loads of missing games), which you were not able to do.
