WARNING Wonder Bingo: enforcing non-existent Terms, etc.

This will be brief: player came to us with a complaint regarding Wonder Bingo and related sites -- "bingopalace.co.uk, 24hourbingo.com, astrobingo.co.uk and others" -- wherein they were booted off the network due to "a rule" that apparently says "it is not permitted to play with more than one account per day on any networked game." We tried to contact the site but received no response. We could find no such "rule" in the Terms & Conditions, nor any reference to a "network", but we did find this:

3. We will use our reasonable efforts to resolve a Complaint promptly. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our resolution of your complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter as set out in our Dispute Resolution Policy.

4. All disputes are dealt with under our Dispute Resolution Policy.

You agree that you shall not disclose the existence, nature or any detail of any complaints or disputes to any third party other than under the Dispute Resolution Policy (which shall include the discussion of any such any complaints and disputes in any chat room or forum offered by ourselves or any third party).

It's bad enough to not respond to player issues. It's quite a bit worse to enforce Terms that don't exist. And it is beyond the pale to state right in your Terms that players are only allowed to use the casino's complaint service and are not allowed to take their issues elsewhere. Players are customers not indentured serfs, they have every right to take their complaints to whatever service they feel they need to in order to get a fair hearing.

For the record it is not at all clear how a player is expected to access the "Dispute Resolution Policy". I spent ten minutes searching and found no reference to such a service anywhere on the site other than the citations in the Terms. IOW players are bound to silence and forced to use a service that is not available. Not acceptable.

Warning: Wonder Bingo is enforcing non-existent Terms, ignoring player issues and binding players to silence if and when they do have issues. These are Rogue practices and players are strongly advised to avoid Wonderbingo.com .
