hi all, opened an account with vegasred last week and was sucked in with the great bonus they had.
was playing live roulette all night and they were giving me 100% match on all deposits and nothing was said about me betting on live roulette.
anyways i didnt read the terms until afterwards silly me, anyways i got a bonus of 250 euro and my original 250 i lost and then i was getting fed up so i put it all around one number and it came up and i then had a balance of 2500.
so me being delighted i go straight to withdraw it and the balance goes to 2250 as they took the bonus out which i figured was ok.

Then i read the terms few days later and realised i had to wager it 40 times so the woman told me that roulette doesnt count so i have to wager it on a progressive slot game or the likes (she never said i wont get paid because i placed a bet on roulette)

Then i played safecracker slot machine and i kept getting lucky and ended up hitting the 10k wager required and i was still left with 10,000 euro.
now ive been asking them about the withdrawl and they tell me it takes longer than normal withdrawls because its so much. but can they take the whole 10k off me and leave me with nothin because i placed the 250 on the roulette just one time?

or would they just take the 2250 off the 10,000 and leave me with the resT?i pretty much doubt it but i am absolutly gutted and feel i wont get paid.

Just want to add that while waiting for it to be withdrawn i opened a different account with another casino and played there and lost and closed account due to gambling problem. then i logged into the account with 10 grand in it and that was part of same network so thats now closed too and they are waiting till monday to review my withdrawl what are my chances of getting anything now that they know i wont be back?

Sorry, but you should have read the T&C before taking the bonus. It clearly says that all forms of roulette are prohibited; and this term is even on the same page that lists the bonus offers.

Sort of confused, though. It says their welcome bonus is only 100% up to $200?

Expensive lesson, but an important one. In any case, you're entitled to get your deposit back.

7. Bets placed on all versions of Baccarat, all versions of Roulette, all versions of Sic Bo, all versions of Darts, Heads or Tails, all Video Poker games, Blackjack Switch, Blackjack Surrender, Pontoon, and Craps will not be counted toward wagering requirements. We reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the play bonus is wagered on the above mentioned games. Bets placed on Blackjack, Blackjack Live, Lucky Blackjack Progressive Blackjack and 21 Duel Blackjack contribute one third of their original value towards wagering requirements. In other words, the sum of the bets placed on this game is divided by three when calculating wagering. Bets, placed on any game, which abuse the betting system will not be counted towards the wagering requirements.

well to be honest i only joined to play roulette never crossed my mind that it would be a banned game for the bonus.

It wasn't my first deposit either it was my 4th or 5th and they were giving me a 100% match on all deposits up to 500 euro i think.
Also if i made 4 or 5 deposits and only played roulette that means no matter if i won or not i would not be getting any money from them on any deposits. the thing that annoys me is the support team where telling me about the bonus and could see i was playing roulette yet never told me.grrrr

I'd PAB to see what max can do. Since they want to void winnings if someone plays a prohibited game on a bonus, then they should be voiding losses just the same. Just like you said, it's a win-win scenario for the casino. You had 0% chance of cashing out at any point, on any deposit + bonus.

Support should NOT have "set you up" like this by continually offering you further bonuses once it became evident you were playing Roulette, which was an excluded game. The original story looked more like they were telling you that you had to complete WR on inclusive games (which you then did) in order to withdraw any winnings.

What you did next though, was pretty silly.

opened a different account with another casino and played there and lost and closed account due to gambling problem. then i logged into the account with 10 grand in it and that was part of same network so thats now closed too and they are waiting till monday to review my withdrawl

You have created a SERIOUS problem for yourself, and whilst at first it looked like you may well have been paid, it is now almost certain you will NOT (other than a refund of deposits, and a permanent exclusion + addition to a "problem gambling" database that will "protect" you from playing at any other Playtech casino, possibly even others).

yes vegas red is with playtech, it says roulette does not count. I'm really annoyed over it but i guess its my fault for accepting the bonus. They told me i had to meet the wagering requirement and i went on to meet it and I'm waiting for an email off them that i know will say I'm not gettin paid.

Can't really see them refunding all deposits to be honest, over a 1000 euro worth of deposits, even tho they knew i was playing roulette and never bothered to say anything.

Also i didn't know that the casino's were linked until i went to log in to vegas red the next day.

What is a PAB??

Just want to clarify that they haven't yet said anything to me about not paying me out. They have a 4 day waiting period befor they process the withdrawal but im almost certain they will tell me I broke the terms.

after i realised my mistake i asked the girl on support and she checked it and said i hadn't met the wagering requirement and roulette doesnt count. then i asked how much do i need to wager and to cancel the withdrawl. she told me 10,000 and i cancelled it and ended up winning money so surely she should of told me at that stage that winnings will be void?

What is a PAB??

PAB = Pitch-A-Bitch, a complaint-handling service we offer (free of charge) to our membership.

In a nutshell you file your Pitch-A-Bitch by completing the PAB form, I receive that, pre-screen it and then submit it to the casino people. The idea is that we're seeking a resolution to your complaint or a good reason why it cannot be resolved satisfactorily.

Anyone wanting to use the Pitch-A-Bitch service is **STRONGLY** advised to read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ in full. You have responsibilities in the PAB process too -- both in filing your PAB and while the PAB process is ongoing -- and a successful PAB depends as much on you and your cooperation with our procedures as it does with the casino. The FAQ details those procedures, lets you know what you should and should not do while your PAB is in progress, tells you what to expect from the process, etc.

You can see more about past PABs on our PAB Archives page.

However, if you had not accepted the bonus there would be nothing left from your original deposit to bet on the single number. A bonus increases your bankroll so honestly I dont believe you have a case here.

Count your fingers after you shake hands with these fellows. These guys are invisible so they can cheat you and dont even need to run away.

They just dont respond to you.

Try and hold them accountable. You wont even find them. If u did they will change the color of their homepage and comeout as Mother Teresa Casino: Everyone Wins Here.

Excuse me, Compulsive1,

The only one that needs to be accountable is the player that played an excluded game. If he had read the terms and conditions before taking the bonus, he wouldn't be in the hard spot he is in. The casino is not cheating anyone here.

Another example of a player creating a problem for himself.

Good call!
Tough breaks but those T&C's are there for a reason and they are not fiction reading.

Just because you got burned at one casino, don't assume that all online casinos are in the same category.

I know i'm not going to get the big payout but my problem is with how they were watching me play roulette with my own cash and bonus and as soon as the money was gone they were asking me to deposit again, knowing i was only playing roulette.

i never read terms and conditions so its my own fault i wont get my winnings but if they knew i was playin roulette they should of told me as i had a 0% chance of winning.

I am really annoyed at myself but i wasnt putting my bets on black or red i was playing in table so high chance of losing. I am just lookin for my deposits back. surely they can't just refund one deposit because i won? they'd have to refund all 8 deposits as they were played in the same mannor. but im guessing they won't, either way after this im giving up gambling :(

Get the facts straight if are interested in accuracy

As you industry shills are obscuring the facts, I will restate them.

This was a bonus situation that was not covered in the printed T and C's as you interestingly enough have all quoted as an abbreviation. This was a verbal agreement made with the floor manager(who disappeared) when it became time for him to suddenly have to approve something he had approved and paid before.

It was obviously something he had not considered before extending the offer. When it didnt work for him, he decided to treat it like a new situation and call for a new approval or denial( by himself interestingly enough.)

I never heard from him again. After frequent contact with him(he was my "rep") he disappeared from the chat line and has not been heard from again.

Why was it that after SEVEN DAYS of me asking for an approval or denial of the previously honored situation, this individual had vanished and never even returned to issue the denial.

Technically it is still waiting to be reviewed SEVEN DAYS LATER.

You apologists for dishonest casinos(I would love to track who you work for) have gotten the facts wrong, and for some unknown(wink wink) reason decided to blow untrue smoke up the pipes for this casino which is listed here already as dishonest.

Facts:

This bonus was agreed upon in chat and is not written in the T&C's(now I sound like one of you)

It had been paid out previously. As an interesting aside each time it was paid it was at a different percentage than the time before.

Like they say, go figure?

My multiple requests(at least 20) for a decision, not even for what was previously promised to me were brushed aside and I never got to speak to a manager only the chat level filtration system.

At best this is a casino changing policies in mid stream while a player had relied on it to his detriment. The ethical thing to do would be to honor the policy and then change it for the future.

At worst it is a casino which relies on the anonymity of the internet to cheat players with no recourse.

The amount of the dispute is interestly enough under 1000 US dollars.

Thanks to this website(Casinomeister.com) however, there is a forum to warn the public of dishonest practices like those which are obviously central to the Business Model of Lucky 18 Casino and its morally weak management.

Thank you Casinomeister for givng the player a voice to express the outrage that comes from trusting and being cheated.

My issue is unpaid insurance not playing an excluded game. You have quoted someone elses problem with roulette(which I do not play) as my own. Please correct your comment in the interest of accuracy.

Thank you.

I want to correct my posting which was inartfully composed. It is not all online casinos that are dishonest. I apologize for not crafting my statement more carefully.

Casinos like LUCKY 18 CASINO are unfortunately finding fertile gorund to operate amid the anonymity of the internet.

I have never had an issue or problem with any of the casinos listed on this site as trustworthy.

At these places the customer service was excellent, payouts were timely and the games were honest. The experience was pleasant and I will administer a "virtual slap on my own face" for not sticking to these places.

No, Compulsive1, I did not confuse you with Chopper. I was answering your post about Chopper. Never said it was about you and your problem.

However, your problem sounds a bit off. Taking the word of a rep on chat without getting a copy of the chat (you didn't mention if you saved it), leaves you out in the cold.

Try doing a PAB through Max. Hopefully you can get some results through that.

Good Luck.

hi all, opened an account with vegasred last week and was sucked in with the great bonus they had....

Couple questions:

So you did over 1,000 in deposits in 1 week?

I'm not familiar with that casino or live roulette for that matter. So the offer was made in some sort of live chat while playing roulette? What exactly was stated?

Sounds like they were freerolling on the player big time, a classic win-win situation for the casino. If they dont refund all your deposits consider yourself cheated.

over a 1000 euro in about 2 hours lol, i have gambling problems,

they just said if i deposit in ten mins ill get 100% bonus and if i put in 200 euro they will throw in an extra 50. that was in the chat and they didnt say nothing about not playing roulette yet they could see when my balance was gone so they knew what they were playing at. i am hoping against hope i at least get my money back.

it was the live chat that would pop up in the main box where you chooose what game to play.

They keep telling me because im withdrawing a large amount they need extra checks. even tho its 9 working days since i requested it.
maybe i won it with my own cash i cant really remember if i placed it with my first 250 or the bonus 250 i put so many bets on :(:(
