At what point is it ok to withdraw? This was so very frustrating, upsetting, and makes no sense. Place I've been at since they opened for about 17 years, deposit gratuitously and regularly. Already talked with them to no avail and still no viable answers. Has anyone else had this issue? I guess I was stupid in being honest and asking, I probably should've just withdrew anyway without mentioning or asking anything.:what::(

Which site?

Its for AML (Anti Money-Laundering) reasons. They can't let you withdraw it without turning it over. If it was a No-Deposit Bonus then I'm not sure.

A somewhat popular welcome bonus is a sticky (non withdrawable) 0x wager bonus. There will be a sweet spot target for withdrawing (likely 3-6x depending on the %) on the sticky balance. You'll be allowed to withdraw after wagering their AML requirement. Some dodgier sites that offer this type of bonus can and will confiscate citing bonus abuse if you essentially deposit, play a bit, win and then immediately withdraw so it's advisable to "mug-bet" a bit after winning before putting a withdrawal on. So if you see one of these offers, keep that in mind if you win early on.

3Dice which yes and every other way, they are amazing. And I was really shocked at this. It was a sponsored tournament prize which has no wager requirements. I really should’ve just not asked and just cashed it out. I normally would have played, but I actually happened to really need the money at the time. I did play with some of it, but when it got down to a certain amount, I thought this isn’t going well and I should just withdraw.

Hi Peaceful1,

The amount you’re referring to wasn’t a bonus, but a sponsored tournament prize.

While it does come with zero wagering requirements and you're absolutely free to withdraw your winnings, I had simply suggested playing it through at least once — just to make the most of it.
If I remember correctly, when you reached out to me via chat, you had already played through the prize amount.

If you have any other questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out anytime — I’m always happy to help.

Kind regards,
Anna
