32 Red delayed bank statement verification and hold of 6500£ due to this 18 days now

I have been chasing my withdrawal of £6500. I had been asked upon withdrawal to send over proof of verification so they first asked me to send over my payslip which I did and they approved on the 21st of March 2025 I was asked for my bank statements which I sent on the 26th of March march 2025 it clearly states when you upload this document that it takes typically up to 48 hours and a maximum of seven working days.

Every time I contact the team they just give me generic answers and have now resorted to saying that there is no specific timeframe I mentioned so that means it could be a year or 10 years to which they replied. It depends on the teams workload the fact that they asked me for these documents in bits as opposed to asking me all in one go it would have been so much easier than to make it even more frustrating when I emailed them.

They say they have the documents and are working on it when I go onto the live chat until the documents are not uploaded and I have to re-upload them which I’ve done about three times now via emails on the website, funny enough when I was told to re-upload them through no fault of my own as they had confirmed, they already have this by email and not to worry I was then told I could potentially be put to the bottom of the queue because it’s from the upload date.

I have raised a complaint. I speak to the agents every day and just keep getting generic answers and they clearly do not care one bit. It’s literally a copy and paste job they’ve said they’ve contacted the verification team several times and they are literally refusing to help and I’ve just been told it is what it is and it can take however time they need but in their conditions it clearly states 48 hours and below being the minimum and seven days being the maximum it’s also interesting that they only asked for this information when I withdrew my funds I have been with them for almost 3 years and in the past I have verified my ID and what not with no issues in fact they approved my ID proof of address and source of wealth within two working days but the bank statement it just seems to be the most upsetting back-and-forth.

All I’ve asked them is to just kindly reach out to the team for someone to have a look as they have already passed the designated timeframe but I no one wants to take initiative at all. I mentioned I am a loyal customer and it’s easier for just somebody to have a look at the emails because the support team do not know what’s going on and the verification team are not allowed to talk to customers and neither our managers which I find really bizarre so all they have to do to resolve this complaint is look at the final document they requested it’s very simple what they requested two months worth of bank statements which I’ve already shared and they should enable them to just approve my withdrawal.

They should’ve said at the very start there is no specified time for us to verify these documents but it clearly states 48 hours to 7 days and I known this is how long it takes I would’ve gone with another provider that is more proactive and polite to their customers. In fact the chat agents at 32 red casino are incredibly rude and not helpful at all.

I would just like my withdrawal approved and paid and my documents verified which is not a big deal because it’s only the last document they requested. The only delay is they have not reviewed my documents and I'm sure if they do this matter is easily resolved.

I spoke to someone there yesterday was told 24 hours and they made a mistake by uploading it to uni bet not 32 red now i called today and some chap was so so rude and said no matter how much i call it will be done when its done in the que and i was misinformed about the 24 hours.

I have raised complaints and they do literally nothing and do not care!! All they have to do is look at it, they hide this verification team like they are Gods.

Haha thanks so much! Yes also sent him a pm but he was last seen in Feb apparently. I mean 17 days is madness and them accepting fault and doing nothing to help is shocking as it is :(
 
My got feeling: Process have changed recently causing a backlog. Not yet optimized the process to prioritize those with a pending withdrawal who provided docs/consent, to deal with those first. After that the players who provided docs with no pending withdrawal.

It is always the ones with a pending withdrawal we hear :)

32red is a fine outfit, 18 days is indeed long, but you will get there! And from there, you are probably left alone during your journey unless you hit a deposit threshold.
 
Hey Jan thanks for your reply :) ah mate its been a nightmare though the lies i have been told from “ we have the docs on 24/03” to please upload them again on 3/04/“ to then “ we are so sorry the team uploaded this to unibet but not ur 32 red account” to then few days back “ we are near the end of this sir” to now this morning “ it will be done when its done, we will not push the team our fault or not” abysmal behaviour. Raised a complaint and also with ask gamblers. Was meant to fly to see my mum this week and was advised id have the withdrawal by today and guess what? Its still in the ever so feared verification team that no one can ever bother or all hell will break loose. Been now told theres no timeframe as we can all imagine after they pay me thats my accustom finished with them :)

Oh btw Jan also forgot to mention they will not make the exception to look at my document out of the Que even though they clearly said its their fault and I have to wait as its not fair. Like honestly they already had me through the que once and they messed up so surely all i ask is they go back and upload it correctly to 32 red not unibet, not even sure how my unibet got dragged into this. I do not think I'm asking for special treatment just saying they have the chance to save a customers a-custom by doing whats morally right.
 
Yes, obviously not ideal, but hopefully he has got an email notification now that Dunover has tagged him in the thread. If he doesn't appear in the next 24 hours or so, I will follow up :-)
Don’t rely on the tag to generate an email, that’s not worked for me for as long as I can remember!

I agree with Jan, they’re a good company and you will get paid if all docs in order, but I’m a little biased as I was there for a long, long time :). I know there’s been a new website recently which may be slowing the process down. Please be patient - as they have stated if you keep uploading it may then put you further down the queue.

All online businesses are struggling with the ongoing changes and document requirements but smaller businesses are often better (not perfect) at dealing with them. I’d hate to be the size of 32 right now while there are changes to roll out.

As a side note; if you did raise an official complaint and not just expressed your displeasure there should be a clear timeline on how that complaint is dealt with. Check the terms.

It will work out, if you’ve got nothing concerning on the docs.
 
Thanks so much Mark! Well it was not me who re uploaded it was apparently them who uploaded the docs to unibet and not 32 red :). Well funny you say that, the complaints issue can take up to 8 weeks they say and hoping the fact a complaint was raised doesn't affect my withdrawal and are two seperated matters. Its been really bad the errors they admitted to the apologies on the matter and the fact that they all say something different. Never ever had this issue even with smaller bookies. All i asked them is as its their fault 3 times btw. Saying the email with docs was not received by them ( despite emails confirming they have all they need) then saying i need to re upload as there was an issue, to then them uploading them on to the wrong company account i.e unibet. Honestly i am left with 0 faith and I am more that 1000% certain someone just needs to look at it and it will be sorted but they seem petrified of the verification team whether its their fault or not. Them saying it will be done asap after 18 days to then 24 hours is literally like asking how long is a piece of string. Thanks a-lot for your input though :) just wish someone could take initiative in this hidden team as we can all get on with life :)

Hi All as you can still imagine day 20 now, no update and Rob asked for my username and never heard back. At this point not sure what to do, ask gamblers also marked my query as unresolved due to no response from 32Red. All a nightmare now
 
Wow that's garbage service from 32 Red. I never understand why casino's treat customers poorly like this. Its not difficult to find a different casino who will gladly take our business.

Exactly. There was no skin off my nose when they closed. My complaint is still open with them and want to see what they will do for taking me for rounds for 3 weeks to verify one bank statement
 
Did you ask to the close the account or were they just being spiteful and pathetic. Nothing surprises me nowadays when it comes to online casino's.
