    Hi guys

Just been doing the rounds on the various press releases floating around this morning and noticed that iSoftBet have launched thier latest slot - Wisps. It has a bit of a NetEnt feel to it in my opinion, something like a cross between Starburst and Elements. You can try out a demo version at the iSoftBet website of play it at any casino that is networked into their software. Best part of the game is the transformer symbol that can turn multiple symbols into the same one - with some potentially big wins.

played it yesterday in play mode, its a little weird in that there are 3 random modes in the base game, you can see which mode its going to be in on the next spin (written in text)

its a 243 way slot that pays left to right, or pays both ways, or has that transformer symbol active on each spin (which basically replicates a random symbol and tranforms all the lower paying symbols to that symbol if it lands)

And 2 different wild modes in the free spins bonus round.

The transformer symbol seems to be the key for big wins. or some silly amount of wilds in the free spins modes.

Yep, it appears that way. Having had a quick play on it myself it seems that the bouncing spins and spiral spins are pre-selected reels, rather than the reels where the wilds appear.

In my opinion this suggests the developer has not gone the hard yards to do the maths so that they are triggered when the wild symbols appear randomly on the reels.

Agree on the similarity with a NetEnt slot. The iSoftBet slots always look quite polished but I've not played a lot of them to really know how well they pay. This looks to be a decent release though. Nice to see an iSoftBet slot that isn't branded!
