Baptism by Fire - success Wintingo

A warning about maximum withdrawal limits still wouldn't effect the BOF process or accreditation status which seems to be what this discussion has turned into.

If so, I vote for the option to include a warning about the $4K weekly withdrawal limit once Wintingo has entered the accredited section.

Or even better, a warning to read the terms and conditions before you deposit. :p

It is a little absurd that if you get a 12xbet win on a slot. You will go over the weekly withdraw limit :D. Maybe they have higher limits on High rollers?

Wintingo are Ok, I liked their bonus system where you could w/d at any time, the payouts weren't the fastest but reasonably prompt. I can see re-reading this thread we (and I include myself) are being a bit severe on them. The rep is OK and the 4k limit is indeed present at other sites. I don't see why they shouldn't be accredited with a mention of the limit in the description, as indeed exists on other casino descriptions where they have the rule. I know it's in the terms, but like the above maybe it could be more prominent or raised for a certain threshold of depositor/stakes. As has been mentioned, it won't affect most players - only once in 5 years would I have been affected by such a term, more's the pity.

I don't see the limits as being a bar to accreditation either.

If you are a high roller, either arrange a better deal beforehand, or choose a casino with higher limits. Seems the casino has shown some flexibility here for the player.

Congrats to the lucky CM member. I hope they are happy with the arrangements. Please try to sit tight and not play while amounts are still pending.

I'd like to see cases like this have the withdrawal processed at the time, not returned to a players account so they have to keep logging in to make further withdrawals.

Last year I had a win at a non-accredited casino. While my payments took several weeks (and the weekly amount was lower than $4k), the withdrawal was processed and non-reversible, with payments being made weekly. The casino permitted me to deposit without having to reverse (my request), and after initial withdrawal, payments were portioned out as per schedule without further action on my part.

Maybe accreditation standards should be raised so that casinos must make funds non-reversible for cashouts subject to weekly limits at player requests.

I like to think I have some discipline, but how about logging in very week for possibly months to make a withdrawal with that big fat balance sitting there? And if you do win, it just tacks more weeks on to the end of the cycle of waiting for total payment.

Could there be some kind of correction for bigger wins "..withdraw limit 4000€... But all cashout will be paid under 12 weeks..."

just registered at wintingo a couple of hours ago with 10 free spins on tomb raider made a couple of quid in them played blackjack for a bit [was not going to withdrawl anyway got it up to 30 quid then had a spin on the slots and bust out of course:)

just a quick question when i make my first deposit can i have the bonus took off

Well, I had my best run ever last weekend (2 royals) on my old Wintingo account which migrated to Allslots about a year ago or so.
Resulted in a lovely $2600.- cashout, my biggest win ever.
More or less to my surprise I got a documents request from Wintingo, not Allslots, but if I try to send them they bounce back as undeliverable!:eek2:
Both supportmailaddy's given in the mail dont seem to work.
AAAGH!!

To be honest, I'm worried to death now, I've sent the rep. a PM, hope I get an answer soon.

Why are these documentsthings always so difficult..

Yes you can, please contact our live chat before you deposit and they will remove the bonus.

Good luck!

De Beuker, i just sent you a response to your PM. It seems you are referring to Allslots and not Wintingo. Check my PM, let me know if you need any assistance

thanks for you help i will give you a go with 20 quid without the bonus as making the wagering is impossible for me at x40 and plus it cannot use it on blackjack :)

We dont have record of the OP depositing on current Wintingo. Lets wait for the OP to respond to my PM. This should clear things up.

No, I did not deposit at Wintingo, it was Allslots, but it was on an old Wintingoaccount which migrated to Allslots a while back.
To my surprise, after my cashout, I got a documentsrequest from Wintingo, thats what caused the confusion,
I thought that WT still owned or managed those accounts, but it seems now that I have to deal with Allslots.
Just sent them my docs and we´ll see what happens.

Anyway, it seems to be a mistake-error from Allslots, wintingo has nothing to do with it.

Just hope I´ll see my cashin before the weekend..

And thank you Wintingo for the quick reply and clearing things up.

Did Allslots, a CM accredited casino, an attempt to make this look like it was Wintingo? An old automatically sent response?

Im hoping the OP can send our marketing manager a copy of the email so he can investigate this further. As you say, it might be an old auto mailer that has not been changed yet on AS side. Hard to know though until we see the email.

P.S. De Beuker i'm pretty confident you wont have any problems getting your payout from Allslots, although Wintingo is no longer managed by them they do indeed run a very professional outfit.

I still have the mail, so I'll forward it as you requested, no problem.
Seems to me that its indeed an old automailer, as the mail came bounced back when I replied.

Not really worried that I'll get my money from Allslots, just hoping its before the weekend, not after..:D

We have sent the email over to the team at Allslots to correct.
When Wintingo moved from Allslots, players kept their accounts at Allslots and they also had account at the new Wintingo. They are now separate operations/companies completely so players are allowed to have accounts at both casinos.

WINTINGO WITHDRAWAL

I requested a withdrawal on either late Monday evening or very early Tuesday morning from Wintingo for around £250 GBP. I had already uploaded documents before making a withdrawal and yet it's now the weekend and still i am waiting to find out if the withdrawal will be processed. I asked support on several occasions if they had received my documents only to be told the accounts department will send me a mail should they require any other form of documentation. I spoke to a customer rep on Thursday evening on live chat how long on average a withdrawal usually takes and was told to ' come back ' during the accounts departments hours of business which is Sunday to Thursday. I don't doubt at all my withdrawal will be processed but i am slightly annoyed it has taken so long and will take longer. Perhaps another week from Sunday?

Please PM me your Wintingo account email address so i can investigate why there is a delay.

withdrawal issues

I am not impressed with their withdrawal process been playing here a while requested a withdrawal around 48 hours ago to my ewallet uploaded necessary documents. 24 hours later got an email saying I didn't send two documents which I did so I sent them again 24 hours later still waiting for a response. Customer service is completely clueless.

Zazedac, as mentioned through my last few PM's to you, I am busy with our finance team to process your withdrawal.
I will update you asap.

It's nice that I still haven't recieved any emails from your casino however. And then customer service just told me my withdrawal hasn't even been approved even though you pm'ed me saying it was and she would get someone to email me about it. God I'm so sick of being told that because we both know it never happens

Just FYI.

If you're dealing with a rep via PM, you should continue doing so I.e. not in the forums until it is clear that your needs are not being met in a reasonable timeframe. Bryan and Max have stated in the past that a minimum of 48 hrs should be allowed for a rep response, and that a similar period should be allowed after that response.

Remember...the initial delay was down to you.

IMO you're being unreasonable right now.
