They use bonus carryover system and support is horrible. WHy this casino is accredited ?

The support is propably one of the frustraiting ones I have had to deal with.. I dont know is it because they dont have any rights to do anything. Propably not even to call the banking/player security department. Or maybe they dont have any kind of smart communication system between each other or between other departments. Or something else.. Who knows.

But hopefully all the bad experiments are just a coincidence. Red this thread a few posts back and did not take too long to find another complaint.
 
Oops

Opened a account at wintingo.com last autumn. Had to send verification documents 3-4 times and got paid after 26 days!. Now i deposited in middle of dec. Saw after a few days that they asked for new document (outdated!!). Sent in documents 4-5 times. No response from banking. My withdrawals has been pending 19 days. This time they will beat 26 days for withdrawal. If i get any money att all. Probably the worst casino (played maybe 20) i ever faced :-(

Exactly same thing :eek2:.
 
Just a little update.

I went to live chat and got the same answer "We have not received your documents, would you please email them to banking@wintingo.com".

Well, I was little upset about this. But after insisting that I wont send the documents there as it wont help anything, live rep gave me another email and promised to inform me right away if they have received the email or not. So I sent my docs to that email address and in fact they got them and documents got verified.

My withdrawal is still pending, but live rep informed it has been sent to finance department for processing. Lets hope so!
 
My withdrawal is now for one week in pending process. I uploaded my documents for two times now (they didn't received it the first time). Now they said they have a delay in the approval documents. Pfff...Is this for real a "accredited" casino? :what:
