I posted here when it had been a while between responses from the rep. I thoroughly read through this forum topic before posting also, heck even before I first played. It has been 48 hours since my last email from the casino. I felt that need to be noted out loud. Also previously in this thread you yourself Nifty mentioned they flush your withdrawals. Yet when I spoke to 2 different operators they didn't know what flushing was?
 
It's nice that I still haven't recieved any emails from your casino however. And then customer service just told me my withdrawal hasn't even been approved even though you pm'ed me saying it was and she would get someone to email me about it. God I'm so sick of being told that because we both know it never happens

As explained to you in my previous PM's, we were having problems with emails so I thought better to send you another PM which I had done so last night informing you that your documents had been approved and your withdrawal was sent off for processing.

Because I put priority on your case, our customer service team had not received updated info regarding your case hence why they were not aware the withdrawal was being processed.

Zazedac, I'm trying to understand why you say it has been "a while" between responses from me. My responses to you have been almost immediate. It has not been 48 hours since a response, I spoke to you 3 times yesterday regarding your withdrawal and twice the day before.
 
Zazedac, if you are patient i can assure you 'Rob not Bob' will get the issue sorted for you. He is actually a very decent guy and good to his word. If he tells you he is dealing with it then HE IS! I have nothing but respect for Mr Wintingo himself.
 
Opened a account at wintingo.com last autumn. Had to send verification documents 3-4 times and got paid after 26 days!. Now i deposited in middle of dec. Saw after a few days that they asked for new document (outdated!!). Sent in documents 4-5 times. No response from banking. My withdrawals has been pending 19 days. This time they will beat 26 days for withdrawal. If i get any money att all. Probably the worst casino (played maybe 20) i ever faced :-(
 
Wow that is really long for an accredited casino. If a casino took that long to pay my first withdrawal, I would definitely not be returning. One week these days is already pretty long with Guts and Betat entering the fray with fast payments. I could not imagine three weeks. Hopefully that is not the norm for Wintingo.

I feel frustrated. 10-15 mails to support and they say they will contact banking. But i get no answers what is happening!

Why would you go back to a casino that took 26 days to pay you :confused:

Ok thx. Nice games and thought that once they had veryfied my account it would be no problem next time. But now they said my documents was outdated (4 months later!!)

lol so basically ud have to send new documents 4 times a year. now thats something new and innovative from wintingo :notworthy :mad:

Is this casino a fraud??

I have sent documents around ten times. It will take me around 1 month in best case to get my money. Never been so humiliated by any casino in 5 years :-(

Me: Last time it took me 26 days to get my withdrawal. Now its 14 days and counting!! Doesn´t check the mail every day and was sure that once verified and everything was ok. Very easy to deposit and very hard to withdraw. Not good for your reputation!!


Support: Well i make it my mission to beat that record,i'm really sorry this has happened to you and i'm sorry i can't help you more at this point,lets hope they sort it fast

Why do you have to keep posting the same stuff in multiple threads all the time?

We understand your issue. Repeating yourself won't resolve it any faster.
 
Wintingo DOES NOT flush

It was stated previously in this thread that Wintingo would flush withdrawals, except on the weekend. Not true!

I played there on the 14th and won. This was a Thursday. I spoke to a chat rep and asked her to flush my withdrawal.

This was her reply : "As per the pitboss, we cannot as they have a process in place which does not facilitate us to flush transactions."

I even sent a pm to the rep on here asking about this on the 14th.....no reply.

Went on to reverse the withdrawal (dumb on my part), but not very impressed with this site!

Hi! I am having quite a poor experience over here with my first withdrawal. Any recent experiences from here, anyone?

Nothing too serious, but a red flag for me.

I uploaded my documents directly trough cashier on saturday (3.1.2015). Made a withdrawal on Sunday (4.1.) evening.

On Monday (5.1.) afternoon went to ask if everything was alright as I have not gotten any confirmation about the documents. I was advised to send documents so they can continue with the withdrawal. I said I had already uploaded them, but anyhow send them also trough email (asked if the live rep could confirm me they have in fact received the documents, she could not).

On Tuesday (6.1.) went to ask if everything was alright, I was informed that the withdrawal will come out of pending state on Wednesday and they will start to process my withdrawal and documents.

Today (7.1.) went to live chat once again and I was informed that they have not received any documents and will need them for being able to continue with the withdrawal. So I sent them in again (once again live rep was not able to confirm, if they have gotten the email).

And I have not gotten a single email from them, that requires for documents etc.

Three days is not a long time, but the communication I have made with the support team, have gotten me suspicious.

Communication isn't this casino's strong point! And the live chat doesn't really know anything banking related. You really have to either email or phone and hope that they respond.

The EXACT same thing happened to me in Nov/Dec. I have a feeling they're delaying withdrawals on purpose, as I was given the same run around in relation to the docs 'We haven't received them' etc etc. It went on for almost a month before I got paid.
 
Thank you both for your replies! Although they are not too calming ones ;).

I red a few forum threads from a other forum and got the same impression, that their communication skills could be a bit better..

But I am not too worried yet, as they are accredited after all. But if kind of experience I have had is not too unusual, their rank (8.1) is too high. Also the payout times might need correction as I was advised that there is mandatory pending period of 24-48h. So "up to two days and usually less" for net wallets will usually not fullfill.


( I tried to send private message to wintingos rep here but his/hers inbox was full.)
