Hi! I am having quite a poor experience over here with my first withdrawal. Any recent experiences from here, anyone?
Nothing too serious, but a red flag for me.
I uploaded my documents directly trough cashier on saturday (3.1.2015). Made a withdrawal on Sunday (4.1.) evening.
On Monday (5.1.) afternoon went to ask if everything was alright as I have not gotten any confirmation about the documents. I was advised to send documents so they can continue with the withdrawal. I said I had already uploaded them, but anyhow send them also trough email (asked if the live rep could confirm me they have in fact received the documents, she could not).
On Tuesday (6.1.) went to ask if everything was alright, I was informed that the withdrawal will come out of pending state on Wednesday and they will start to process my withdrawal and documents.
Today (7.1.) went to live chat once again and I was informed that they have not received any documents and will need them for being able to continue with the withdrawal. So I sent them in again (once again live rep was not able to confirm, if they have gotten the email).
And I have not gotten a single email from them, that requires for documents etc.
Three days is not a long time, but the communication I have made with the support team, have gotten me suspicious.
