Baptism by Fire - success Wintingo

I will attempt to elaborate here. Their CS by e-mail form was slow to respond or didn't at all. I resorted to their rep here, who did respond to most PM's eventually. I closed my account after they paid my one w/d last week. The games were slow and 'clunky' I can attest too. Several times the reels went in to 'no server response' mode, i.e. kept spinning. Sometimes they stopped (eventually) and sometimes an error code box appeared and I had to reload the flash game. This happened ever 10-15 minutes which was annoying. This problem isn't confined to Wintingo though, it seems to be a common thread with MG at the moment. This doesn't make them 'the worst casino ever' though. Markus wait until you join the wrong one and don't get paid; a far worse and more stressful scenario than this! But yes, there are many better ones.

There have been some VERY annoying problems with MG games over the last week. We are currently doing everything we can to address these issues. If any players are still experiencing problems please contact our live chat agents and they will be able to troubleshoot the problem with you while you are online.

I asked them today about their $4k per week rule. My question was that if I won a big million jackpot, can I only just withdraw $4k every week then?

The answer was yes. Later in the chat session the support guy (which was very helpful with all my questions) told me that if i win that big money they probably could sort anything out. Can we trust this?

Is it a possible deal maybe? Like I take 50% and the casino take the other 50%?

Any casino having a max weekly or monthly withdrawal limit should be rogued FACT

I didn't know whatever casino you were playing at the time paid the million dollar progressives.

So if you win a million dollars it takes 250 weeks to get your money?

Imagine winning a million dollars and receiving your first 4k payment and then wondering if the casino was going to keep this up every week for the next 4 or 5 years?

Wintingo MUST pay progressive jackpots in full or in "reasonable chunks" or they are not meeting accreditation standards.

I think the Wintingo rep should address this issue, especially given that progressive jackpots are paid by the software provider DIRECTLY to the casino and should be paid DIRECTLY to the player, as it should not affect their cashflow at all.

I'm not too concerned about weekly limits, but monthly limits are BS. If its 4k per week, then its 4k per week...end of..a monthly limit should not be required.

I also think these limits should be waived for high rollers and very large withdrawals.

Yeah, that's kind of what I figured but I was too lazy to go verify it.

I think 4k a week is fine under most circumstances but I don't think any progressive wins should fall under the same weekly or monthly limit conditions.

Just to confirm, progressive jackpots are paid out in one lump sum and not in installments. All non-progressive jackpot winnings are paid in weekly installments of 4k every week.

This casino is not good, i made a withdraw like 10 days ago and they keep making tomorrow , next day etc..

so finally i got tired and reversed the withdraw and lost all.

I know its my fault but just to say they play dirty tricks, like delaying payments by mean to make you reverse and play to loose it.

it should ot even be accredited.

Can you pay your deposits in small installments as well ?
I'm sorry, but if you're running a casino, you need to be able to pay your winners in full WHEN they win, imho.

Is it just coincidence that you're having long withdrawal delays at Wintingo AND Lucky247?

Seems odd to me.

@Wintingo.....what was the problem with this member's cashout?

Can this member please PM me their email address they used at Wintingo so i can investigate the problems they say they were having with the withdrawals?

I just went over this thread again, i cant seem to find where i said we paid this winner in full?

The latest good fortune story is that WinTingo Casino has just paid out €136,500 to a player who struck it lucky on its new Bust The Bank slots game.

“So many players at other casinos win money on games, only to find out that they can’t withdraw it because of onerous terms and conditions,” the WinTingo spokesperson points out. “We don’t do that to our players. This player must have been absolutely delighted, and we wouldn’t want to spoil that.”

I would call that false statement then. AS it makes it sounds like player HAS been paid. Also saying how easy it is to get paid is BS IMHO. Where did you state in this article that it's a shame player has to wait 34 weeks to receive all his winnings with £4K max weekely?? That's over a half year....

No, you haven't just 'paid out' £136,500 to a player - you owe £136,500 to a player.......

Big difference......

lol @ 4k/week withdrawal.

The winner was playing at €300/spin so €4,000/week for him is pocket change (it's 13 spins lol). He more than likely won't have a penny left when he's done getting paid in 34 weeks.

I made me start wondering. Has this win actually been confirmed from Microgaming?? I guess we can't ask the player himself :D The player, a male from the Netherlands who prefers to remain anonymous

Good point Paaske! Especially high-rollers better steer clear of this outfit - the 4K a week restriction is ludicrous. To the rep: when will this term be removed?

You also (if you see the 'lucky247 going for accreditation' thread) have this 4k per week term there too - this appears to kick in according to their terms and cons 'when a player's lifetime winnings are 5 times or more greater than their lifetime deposits'. This term is unfortunately quite common in flash MG sites, excepting MG jackpots.

This limit being applied to the 136.5k would suggest the Wintingo player has indeed made a big profit from them.

God help Vinyl if he 'empties' any AWP's there using his 'systems'.

Yeah, this win has been confirmed by Microgaming. We received a full audit report relating to this win. We are not allowed to release this information to the public. The reason the player is anonymous is that we respected his wishes by not releasing his name to the forum and in our press release. Those astute users that visited the Wintingo website would have seen his name appear in the winners feed, this was not something we were willing to block or change.

Why the player wanted to remain anonymous, he has his reasons. That being said, the player informed me he is in fact a CM member and i have asked that he come online and verify that he is in fact real.

We have no such term on Wintingo, its purely 4k maximum each week, excluding progressive jackpots.
