They use bonus carryover system and support is horrible. WHy this casino is accredited ?
The support is propably one of the frustraiting ones I have had to deal with.. I dont know is it because they dont have any rights to do anything. Propably not even to call the banking/player security department. Or maybe they dont have any kind of smart communication system between each other or between other departments. Or something else.. Who knows.
But hopefully all the bad experiments are just a coincidence. Red this thread a few posts back and did not take too long to find another complaint.
