Personally I think all this "sister" casino crap is just a load of bull anyway. If you're going to offer promotions at both casinos and then tell people they can only claim them at one or the other then what's the point in even having two casinos?

These are either two entirely different casinos or they are the same casino. Why put two entirely different skins on the same casino and then call them separate? I don't care if the skins are owned by two different people or not. If these two casinos share the same bonuses which you can only claim at one or the other, share the same toc's, share info about players, share support, and use player histories at one casino to justify casino actions at the other... It's ONE casino.

Just give me a button up in the corner that lets me pick which one it looks like after I log on.

I would like to address some of the pertinent questions that have been brought up in this thread over the last few days.
Thanks to those players for their comments and feedback and i hope the explanations below will help answer some of the questions.

100 Free Credits Promotion

  • The free credits is a free play bonus, similar to what is found at other MG sites. In order to receive the 100 free credits, NO deposit is required.
  • It was initially set with wagering requirement of 30X (3000). Based on the feedback we received from players over the past month, this was changed to 10X (1000). The change was made in mid February and this is reflected in the T&C and the free credit promo page on the Wintingo website.
  • In order to transfer winnings from the 100 free, a minimum deposit is required. We have added some text to the free credits page informing the player that a minimum deposit is required to transfer winnings: Old / Expired Link.
  • We have also included this text (see attached image) when the player logs in for the first time and selects, or opts-in for this bonus *ascreen.jpg
  • The maximum transfer amount is 50 credits and this requires a min deposit of 20 credits. In percentage terms, its a 250% bonus on your first deposit. Clearplay rules DO apply.
  • If a player does not manage to win using the free play bonus, they can always claim the 100% up to 100 match up bonus. A player cannot claim both bonuses.
  • Currently this promo is available on 27 games ranging from slots, scratchcards, instant win and bingo games. Initially when we launched it was 14 games and in the past month we have increased the available games. In the coming months we will look at adding even more games.

Scratchback Promotion

  • For each visit, the scratchback promotion is calculated on a players net account balance and NOT on deposits. Net account balance is calculated as the outcome of: sum of all winnings minus sum of all losses minus any bonuses received. This is clearly stated in the terms of the promo and is applied to each individual visit. A single visit includes winnings and losses within a 24 hour period.Standard clearply bonus rules apply.
  • With that being said, we are currently reviewing the scratchbacks program and based on the comments in this forum together with feedback we have received from other players, we will be implementing some changes in the coming days.

Wintingo and Allslots

  • As mentioned in a previous post, Wintingo is running off of Allslots gaming server but are two separate entities. Wintingo offers its own promotions and bonuses and players can join both casinos without a problem. We also now have our own accreditation from Ecogra, the seals are live on the Wintingo site.

General

  • The winners feed is slightly outdated as it includes data from when some of the table games were available. For various reasons, these table games were removed about a month ago however we are looking at adding them back in the coming weeks. The winners feed will also be updated this week with more up to date info.
  • Exclusions, Suspension and Termination - We are busy reviewing the wording of this text however in principle, this term will be used fairly and is particularly focused on fraudulent players.

This is not an attack on Wintingo by any means. This method of advertising is used by a lot of MGS casinos and the practice of tossing around the words "free" and "no deposit required" when it's completely and totally impossible to win money without making a deposit is one of my biggest casino pet peeves.

My 2nd Visit is still saying Current Visit way back from 1st of March where I made several deposits of total £135 within that 24 hours period.
I can understand that its not based on deposits. But on Winnings vs Losses. No matter what I had almost no winnings on these deposits.
I also feel promotion like this makes it almost impossible for a player to know what he can expect.
I am sorry but I would call it still misleading, and very disappointed in this.
Not had any contact from Rep here which I contacted on night after 2nd of March. The Rep has been online here several times following this thread.
Other casinos give you cashback based on your deposits not only on winnings/losses.
Stating only Winnings/losses counts, makes it almost impossible for a player to know.
This means I will have to through my play history and add every single spin together for winnings and then losses?
Other Casinos got an easy and fair way of doing this. To mention Jackpot Factory, 10% on all your deposits is given the following Monday or Thursday. Si if you played and made deposits of £100 you would get £10 in a bonus.

I did get answer from Wintingo support around 48 hours which is not bad. But to be given standard answer like this below, is not satisfying :rolleyes:

I just don't get it. But yes my deposits of £135 should then give me 20% of £135 on the 2nd visit = £27
Reason I have been quite frustrated with this. :p

Nothing much to say but it is getting looked into now. So that is very nice and great from Wintingo :thumbsup:

The bonus IS included in the calculations according to the terms.

Their also seems to be a problem with their definition of a "visit", which they state is all play during the 24 hours from one midnight to the next. I have to presume that for each of the 5 visits, the maximum cashback is 100, giving 500 in total.

It also seems unclear whether the first visit counts if the SUB is claimed, as one player was told it didn't, yet received a cashback, albeit the wrong amount for the amount lost.

The rep did say that this promo would have some changes "in the next few days", so hopefully things will be clearer, and the software will work as described in the terms when calculating the cashback.

Yup well I withdrew $200 from the SUB from a $25 deposit. I received no cashback and was told the first deposit doesn't count.
 
I havent received any bonus or cashback on any of my deposits,besides from my first deposit(got a 20$ )
I contacted their support over a week ago,and they said that they will send it to the promotion team but i havent heard anything from them.

I think I will just give them time now, to come up with solution. As Wintingo Rep kindly contacted me in regards yesterday.

Complete and utter bullshit. They have checked nothing. You have been blown off with a canned response AGAIN. Whatever else is right or wrong, it CANNOT be working properly if your second 24 hour visit has been 5 days and counting.

I am sure CS are simply assuming the software is infallible, and blowing off any complaint from a player that something isn't right.

This is very poor for a casino undergoing the final stages of accreditation. This is not dealing with a player issue in a fair manner.

The way forward seems to be a formal PAB so that Max gets to see what has been going on here. He is good enough at maths to correctly calculate 20% of a given number, with or without bonuses counting.

It is no where to be found. So anyone that has played also Nifty are in their full rights to get 10% on winnings or 25% on losses.

If the rep comes back with something different, it still doesn't excuse the piss poor CS on offer. It doesn't matter WHY it is so poor, a casino seeking accreditation should ensure it's front line CS is fit for purpose.
 
Accourding to their software im also on my 2nd vistit,and i deposited 7 or 8 times during a 2 week period.
Thats what i call a visit when it lasts over 2 weeks.

Ill stick to my old casinos untill all glitches are fixed,to may questionmarks at this time.

Same problem, once in the UK and once in Sweden. This is almost certainly a glitch at their end. Still CS say nothing is wrong, and that's only when they bother to reply.

It also seems the rep has gone away for a few days, as nothing further has been heard about these issues. Whatever the reason for this, it couldn't have been at a worse time for the casino.

I don't have an account to close, but after my 10K win at 32Red, I was going to open one to test out this somewhat tricky promo that others are having trouble with. I was thinking it might be down to players not really understanding how such things work, but I am now certain it is glitches at their end that are causing these problems, and CS are taking the "head in the sand" approach by stock denials, and the rep seems hard to get to engage with the issues being experienced. No point now that I know there are likely to be problems, and there remains no point until these have been put right.
 
They seem distinctly different from many others in having poor support who dont reply after 3 days whilst having good live chat staff. I chatted to Alex yesterday and he fixed my problem in a jiffy. My email though was never replied to. Its been more than 72 hours now.

Meanwhile, there does some to be problems with MG casinos crediting cashbacks, bonuses etc. Just a few days ago, I opted-in an exclusive buy 100 get 30 promo at Royal Vegas. Despite depositing 3 times no bonuses were credited after 12 hours which is well beyond the promised 10 minutes. I contacted live chat who told me that somehow their system was unable to detect my opt-in and finally she had to do the crediting manually. I am just wondering if this is an MG thing and if so many bonuses, cashbacks may not be credited automatically. Nevertheless, this does not excuse them from giving players the runaround and they should honor all the promos and instate the cashbacks manually.

Opt in bonuses for Casino UK, GNUF and VIP Lounge worked fine just now. Worked too at 32Red, although this seems to be a system they developed, not MGS.

The main problem is that CS are not always fixing the problem manually, but staking the casino's reputation on their faith that the software is infallible, and that players questioning the credits are just plain wrong.

WHY is PaaskeDKnowUK still in a long haul struggle to get CS or the rep to fix his problem if they have experienced CS who can manually fix your issue with little fuss. How is he on his second visit for days, and then suddenly past the 5th visit in under 24 hours if even the newly amended terms only clarify that visits within a calendar day all count as one, making it impossible for more than one visit count increment to occur overnight.

The new terms change nothing about how this is meant to work, they merely clarify some of the doubts over what counts as the 5 visits, and how much bonus can be earned in each. If anything, the clarification makes the promo look even more complicated than it did before.

I cant see how this will solve any problems?
I made 7 or 8 deposits during a 2 week period,and still it claims that im on my 2nd visit.
No repsonse from the promotion team,so how will the changes in the scratchback program fix this?
