Baptism by Fire - success Wintingo

Just to update myself. Suddenly received quick answer on my 2nd email. That withdrawal had been processed.
Have received winnings into my Skrill account. Paid just after 24 hours so thanks Wintingo

Wintingo seems to be down...
Grr... Right as i hit a bonus.
Has anyone heard anything about the site?

Looks like a server error but gee they been down for over 9 hours now. hmm...

The site is back up..

We had a small technical glitch with one of our servers and we have been working on it all morning.
If users are experiencing any other problems please PM me.

Support really needs to impvove! Also those sending out promo emails... got a reload bonus today with no terms, no maximum stated, and live chat knows nothing...

Still ok payout time and good casino.

Did a cashout today and wanted to flush it. Live chat tells me they don't flush withdrawals on weekends. I forget to ask why when I was on chat. Anyone knows how long it will sit there pending now?

I think what they ment was they don't do withdrawals weekends. With bit of luck you should receive if Monday afternoon.
If it was for Skrill/Moneybookers. Their pending / withdrawal time is around 24 hours. So not bad. Only had good experiences with my withdrawals.

A thumbs up for Wintingo from me.

Firstly, the 'clear play' bonus structure is excellent.

I registered yesterday - lost a bit last night - but won this morning. Called up and requested a flush - which was actioned without problem. Guy on the other end of the phone was excellent seemed to be UK based.

We'll see how long payment takes - apparently finance team do not work Friday and the weekend- but first impressions are very positive.

These guys are now one of my favorite MG casinos.

They are very generous with comps. I was once given 60 free spins on Cashapillar and expected it would be @ 1c with limited lines. I was shocked to find out it was 60 games x100 lines x 100 coins ($600 worth). Unfortunately i didnt win. Maybe they made a mistake in comping me. I dont know.

Anyway this mob gets a BIG thumbs up from me.

I give up on this casino! I am down 1100 euro without cashes and the last four deposits i didnt even hit a single bonus round. Time to move on i though and told the livechat to close my account. They then offered me 25!!!! Free spins on Tomb Raider (Why did i say yes to that, i dont know) which were never even credited to my account.

And their Live Chat almost NEVER responds, takes alot of time. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I'm with you on that one!
It took over 600 spins on one game to get a bonus. This has happened alot especially in the past couple weeks .
They have been great with deposit mystery bonuses but I had to inquire many times why I wasn't getting anything and the scratchbacks were not right but ll got fixed.
You really have to watch and make sure you\re getting what's promised.
Otherwise, yea I've given up too. one of the reasons is poor return since I won a bunch and put it back, as if a switch was flipped. I doubt it but seems that way.
The live chat is TERRIBLE! Takes forever if at ever to get them. I've given up many times and played elsewhere because they wouldn't answer.
I went over to 32red and have already posted a winner screenshot in the forum last eve and still keep going up.

Cheers. :)

Well, as it stands, I feel they have what it takes to be listed. It's been over two months and there hasn't been any outstanding problems besides their online chat support.

They need to be aware that they need to improve their chat.

Congrats Wintingo - you're on board

With regards to live chat, it seems to be a browser issue and we are currently trying to troubleshoot the specific problem.

In the interim, players that still have problems please call our toll free numbers (UK, Canada, Aus) or direct line for other countries. Alternatively contact our customer support via email. Contact details are on the WinTingo website.

It's the last time I will play at this casino.

I just deposited $200 and it shows up in my balance as $140 cash and $60 bonus.

I called chat and they said its because i did not clear my last bonus so it carries over.

Sorry but this is not on in my book, whatever the T&Cs may say. Bye Bye Wintingo.

Did you contact the rep?

It sounds like an error, as it has never happened to me.

You can't always rely on live chat for info unfortunately, so maybe you should see what the rep says. Did you find anything in the terms about it?

Nifty, I play there all the time and its never happened to me before either, so I was very surprised too.

The Chat person said it was in their T&Cs, but I couldnt be bothered to double check to be honest. I lost anyway so it made no difference in the end.

I dont play at any casinos that carry over their bonus requirements to new deposits once you have zero'd out the balance. So I will put it down to a learning experience.

Do you have more detail on this browser issue? Many players have problems with live chat at many operations, and it is usually assumed to indicate poor CS (mainly not enough chat operators to satisfy demand). If we know what the problem is, it may be possible to figure out some changes in browser settings that players could try. Most security softwares "hate casinos", and is often the cause of problems.

This is a long standing issue with Clearplay. It is usually dismissed as the players' fault for having an unfinished game, but this is not always the case. Coupled with poor CS who just says "it's in the terms, now bugger off" rather than considering the possibilty that it is a software error, this can lead to casinos losing players because they believe they have been screwed over by a sneaky clause in the terms, in this case a sneaky carry over of unfinished WR even when they bust out on a bonus.

Just to both of you. I think you forget one important factor. This is gambling. Don't expect to win anything. I used to be like you guys. Moaning all the time I could. I can only say good of Wintigo. Had decent winnings. Also lost of course. It is microgaming.
And you get runs of winning and get runs of loosing, thats the game!!! Feel free with your opinions but don't slag a casino because you don't win. It is the same everywhere.

Also Wintigo has a very kind free bonus system. So the more you play and deposit the better and bigger bonuses you get every week.
So you get extra free chances from your play. Not to forget.
Thumbs up from here.

Just to warn people, the accreditation info for Wintingo needs revising. It states 24-hour cashouts, no pending period, no max cashouts etc. I made my first withdrawal about 42 hours ago early Monday AM and it is still pending in my a/c as there is a 48-hour pending period. It also states on their banking terms a max cashout weekly of £4k. I didn't want to start a new thread as this already exists. It appears those earlier in this thread got cashouts to webwallets in good time, less than 24hrs. due to the extra efforts being made to get accredited.
I think it's important that we all keep an eye on this sort of thing wherever we play; surely the standards being met and established to gain accreditation should be maintained and never decreased, only bettered.

I think it's good practice for us all here to occasionally check back to the actual CM information for that particular accredited site. CM can't be expected to play at all accredited casinos and know what's occurring, so it's up to us to help.

1. We can help CM maintain and update accurately the accredited casino's profile information regarding pending/max cashouts etc.
2. It keeps the accredited casinos on the ball - any surreptitiously reduced criteria can be put on their profile quickly if players report it.
3. It prevents people (like I did) join on the strength of what they see in the profile, only to find the terms aren't as good.
4. It will help expose those who establish a profile to gain accreditation, and don't stick to the standards.
5. It will generally make the accredited profiles resource a better foundation for choosing a casino and reduce complaints.

Do I have a fair point here?

I think it would also be a good idea to have an 'average speed of response' stat somewhere as regards the appointed reps on here.

worst casino ever, bad support, games slow, servers keep crashing etc...

I will attempt to elaborate here. Their CS by e-mail form was slow to respond or didn't at all. I resorted to their rep here, who did respond to most PM's eventually. I closed my account after they paid my one w/d last week. The games were slow and 'clunky' I can attest too. Several times the reels went in to 'no server response' mode, i.e. kept spinning. Sometimes they stopped (eventually) and sometimes an error code box appeared and I had to reload the flash game. This happened ever 10-15 minutes which was annoying. This problem isn't confined to Wintingo though, it seems to be a common thread with MG at the moment. This doesn't make them 'the worst casino ever' though. Markus wait until you join the wrong one and don't get paid; a far worse and more stressful scenario than this! But yes, there are many better ones.

There have been some VERY annoying problems with MG games over the last week. We are currently doing everything we can to address these issues. If any players are still experiencing problems please contact our live chat agents and they will be able to troubleshoot the problem with you while you are online.

I asked them today about their $4k per week rule. My question was that if I won a big million jackpot, can I only just withdraw $4k every week then?

The answer was yes. Later in the chat session the support guy (which was very helpful with all my questions) told me that if i win that big money they probably could sort anything out. Can we trust this?

Is it a possible deal maybe? Like I take 50% and the casino take the other 50%?

Any casino having a max weekly or monthly withdrawal limit should be rogued FACT

I didn't know whatever casino you were playing at the time paid the million dollar progressives.

So if you win a million dollars it takes 250 weeks to get your money?

Imagine winning a million dollars and receiving your first 4k payment and then wondering if the casino was going to keep this up every week for the next 4 or 5 years?

Wintingo MUST pay progressive jackpots in full or in "reasonable chunks" or they are not meeting accreditation standards.

I think the Wintingo rep should address this issue, especially given that progressive jackpots are paid by the software provider DIRECTLY to the casino and should be paid DIRECTLY to the player, as it should not affect their cashflow at all.

I'm not too concerned about weekly limits, but monthly limits are BS. If its 4k per week, then its 4k per week...end of..a monthly limit should not be required.

I also think these limits should be waived for high rollers and very large withdrawals.

Yeah, that's kind of what I figured but I was too lazy to go verify it.

I think 4k a week is fine under most circumstances but I don't think any progressive wins should fall under the same weekly or monthly limit conditions.

Just to confirm, progressive jackpots are paid out in one lump sum and not in installments. All non-progressive jackpot winnings are paid in weekly installments of 4k every week.

This casino is not good, i made a withdraw like 10 days ago and they keep making tomorrow , next day etc..

so finally i got tired and reversed the withdraw and lost all.

I know its my fault but just to say they play dirty tricks, like delaying payments by mean to make you reverse and play to loose it.

it should ot even be accredited.

Is it just coincidence that you're having long withdrawal delays at Wintingo AND Lucky247?

Seems odd to me.

@Wintingo.....what was the problem with this member's cashout?

I just went over this thread again, i cant seem to find where i said we paid this winner in full?

The latest good fortune story is that WinTingo Casino has just paid out €136,500 to a player who struck it lucky on its new Bust The Bank slots game.

“So many players at other casinos win money on games, only to find out that they can’t withdraw it because of onerous terms and conditions,” the WinTingo spokesperson points out. “We don’t do that to our players. This player must have been absolutely delighted, and we wouldn’t want to spoil that.”

I would call that false statement then. AS it makes it sounds like player HAS been paid. Also saying how easy it is to get paid is BS IMHO. Where did you state in this article that it's a shame player has to wait 34 weeks to receive all his winnings with £4K max weekely?? That's over a half year....

No, you haven't just 'paid out' £136,500 to a player - you owe £136,500 to a player.......

Big difference......

lol @ 4k/week withdrawal.

The winner was playing at €300/spin so €4,000/week for him is pocket change (it's 13 spins lol). He more than likely won't have a penny left when he's done getting paid in 34 weeks.

I made me start wondering. Has this win actually been confirmed from Microgaming?? I guess we can't ask the player himself :D The player, a male from the Netherlands who prefers to remain anonymous

Good point Paaske! Especially high-rollers better steer clear of this outfit - the 4K a week restriction is ludicrous. To the rep: when will this term be removed?

You also (if you see the 'lucky247 going for accreditation' thread) have this 4k per week term there too - this appears to kick in according to their terms and cons 'when a player's lifetime winnings are 5 times or more greater than their lifetime deposits'. This term is unfortunately quite common in flash MG sites, excepting MG jackpots.

This limit being applied to the 136.5k would suggest the Wintingo player has indeed made a big profit from them.

God help Vinyl if he 'empties' any AWP's there using his 'systems'.

Yeah, this win has been confirmed by Microgaming. We received a full audit report relating to this win. We are not allowed to release this information to the public. The reason the player is anonymous is that we respected his wishes by not releasing his name to the forum and in our press release. Those astute users that visited the Wintingo website would have seen his name appear in the winners feed, this was not something we were willing to block or change.

Why the player wanted to remain anonymous, he has his reasons. That being said, the player informed me he is in fact a CM member and i have asked that he come online and verify that he is in fact real.

We have no such term on Wintingo, its purely 4k maximum each week, excluding progressive jackpots.

have you paid the guy/girl all there money or is it being paid at 4k per week ?, also why would there be a full audit because someone won a 100k plus ? im thinking the software is bullit proof cant be tampered so why a audit ? ? ?
