That's very odd....I checked the affiliate program and it represents both Mayflower Casino (which is TopGame) and WinPalace (which is RTG).

In regards to Mayflower Casino, Casinomeister issued a warning for all TopGame Casinos a couple of months ago re: software and support issues. In regards to WinPalace directly, it's an RTG.....why take a chance on an unknown entity? Why not just stick to one of the many reputable RTG's listed here? May turn out that they are a fine place to play...but it could just as easily have the opposite outcome.

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/top-game-casinos.31847/

I'll be interested to hear if anyone here has played there as yet. Thanks for the heads up SKBurner. I'm finding it odd that all these casinos are popping up which "supposedly" seem affiliated, yet use different softwares.

Win Palace

Anyone given them a whirl yet? I hadn't seen or heard any feedback yet. their terms look sort of like Gold Vips:eek2:, but that could be true with many RTGs. I found em on KKs sight, so if he trust them they may be OK. Haven't seen on any other affy sights yet. Any funny biz, I'll report.

i tried them once on their first deposit offer, was not a good run so i never checked back but also heard very few of them on other forums etc.

if anyone ever cashed out there would be nice to know as their bonus offers seem ok.

cheers

I just wanted to chime in that Mayflower casino is one of the stupidest names I've heard in a while. A contender for the Stupidest named casino award for 2009.

As for Winpalace - please read and apply this:

I could not find any BIG red flags on the site, its rtg so caution is always necessary, but hey RTG is better then topgame atleast in my opinion, and maybe this group is trying to figure out what software of those two is better, hence the two casinos on different software.

Very high wagering requirements on slots for the bonuses, but this term is really weird for me on the t&c:s
"Each coupon can only be redeemed by the player two (2) times. The same coupon code cannot be used a second time."

Everything can be redeemed twice, but not for a second time, w00t? ;)

Hello everybody,

My name is Daniel and I'm an AM at Affactive.com affiliate program. Just wanted to answer some of the questions that have been raised in this thread.

Both Winpalace Casino, which is powered by RTG, and Mayflowecasino, which is running on TopGame software, are our clients. You can see it at Affactive.com site.

The program is unique in terms of having more versatility than others. By offering different products under the same roof, we give our partner affiliates a wider range of business possibilities.

This is the business concept in almost every other field, and we believe that this is the future of gambling industry as well.

You are more than welcome to check us out. For any question feel free to PM me or contact directly through IM.

Sincerely,

Daniel

Hi danielg

Have you changed the playthrough requirements for the 1st deposit bonus? Just checked the t&c's and it's at 45 x D+B  AND a play bonus at that. Wouldn't have even asked about this casino with wagering terms like that.

Cheers

if you take a welcome bonus you should try the 300% slots bonus.

it has 25 wr so quite in the norm but still not too sweet:rolleyes:

the thing with the double redemption of coupons also seemed mixed up to me ;-9

cheers

No problem. One more thing , your banking section, how exactly are you paying if i for example would happen to win big as a new customer. Its pretty vaguely stated:
"First time withdrawals and changes to payment instructions are subject to clearance by our Security Department. This can take between 5-10 business days. You will be informed by e-mail when we send out your winnings. New players will receive up to half of their withdrawal amount and no more than $1000 in the first couple of weeks, this is because of casino abuse in past cases. "

1. What if i won lets say 10000$, as a new player, how would that win be paid? 1000$ in first couple of week? First two weeks? What about the rest?

2. Up to half of the withdrawal amount? What does that mean in practice for a big (several thousands amount)?

2. What are the withdrawal limits for different vip levels? It says 2000$ week is the max.

Two wrongs don't make a right, NO excuse to "abuse players" because some OTHER players comitted some unspecified "casino abuse" in the past.

Most players compare terms, especially those related to offers and payment. In BOTH cases, the terms here look worse than at ESTABLISHED casinos, yet these are relatively unknown entities trying to win the trust of players.

I suspect that where the terms conflict, the most UNFAVOURABLE one to the PLAYER will prevail.

For example, player wins $3000 (it happens).

2) suggests $1500 per week, and 3) suggests $2000 in week 1, followed by $1000 in week 2.

However, 2) is less favourable than 3), so would prevail

Sadly though, for a NEW player, the initial term (I'll call it 1) - "New players will receive ....... and no more than $1000 in the first couple of weeks".

This term trumps BOTH 2) and 3), so a NEW player winning $3000 would wait TWO WEEKS for the first $1000, and then might have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for the remaining $2000.

Many players will never be back after an experience like that!!!!

Yes i agree with vinyl on this . The terms should say exactly how a player is being paid .

Hi

Sorry it took me long to reply.

For the past few weeks Winpalace's finance department has been in the process of updating and revising their payout terms.

I am happy to announce that Winpalace has raised their payout limits to $/ 3,000 per week and the payout terms have been clarified.

Regards,

Daniel

Sorry I just cannot toss out my trust so fast to a company that can openly support 2 separate types of software. How do we know if we open an account at Mayflower we will not be spammed and nagged to open an the Win casino? Just too many new casinos opening and closing these days within months time.

Daniel: Are your casino the only business in the world that does not count friday as a business day?

The reason I am asking is that I have had a Neteller cashout pending since the 8th of october. Not only is that 18 regular days, but it is also 13 business days.

I know that you stipulate 10 business days for a withdrawal, but I have already waited for 13. So you are infact breaking your own T&C. And when your support personell tells me that I have only waited for 9, and that friday is not a business day, I frankly get a little pissed off..

Omg that sucks, i feel for you pulver. 10 Business days is pretty long when all other casinos i knowos pay out within 24hours to a a week. Maybe you could look into this danielg?

This is to daniel. The bonus system on the site is not clear enough. I was sent a promotional email about two bonuses, wps195 and wps225. Both of them are slots only bonuses.
The fact that these are slots only bonuses, is not seen anywhere on the website, or anywhere on the promotional email sent. Also the playtrough for these bonuses is not seen anywhere. Please provide better info for your future promotions, so that players won't play games, that are not allowed, and so that players know the playtrough.

Still no answer from daniel, this is not a good sign for this casino :(

Btw. KasinoKing have a banner on his webside from this casino, so i certainly thought, that this casino is good to go, but since i've read this thread and the waiting for a withdrawal about 2 weeks, i'll never play there!

Hi eu_lowroller,

I haven't answered here because we continued this conversation privately.

I completely agree with Kavaman regarding his last post and passed this issue forward. It's been already fixed and a page with all the details regarding the current promos has been added to Winpalace.com site: winpalace.com/en/promotions/.aspx#WEEKLYBONUS (I hope it's ok to post it here). The promo will be directly linked to this page, so it will be easily accessible.

Hope I helped. If you have any comments, feel free to contact me directly.
Kind regards,
Daniel

You seem like a good casino, and you do pay out, i can verify that!
The only thing that is bothering me, only a bit, is that the withdrawal times seem a bit off, atleast if your websites current times are true, my wd was sent faster then that, but in general 5-10 is alot when inetbet or jackpotcapital that are both on the same software as you pay out within 24 hours. Im not talking about anything seriously off. There are also other places that pay out not so fast, but 5-10 when you guys only have 4 business days in a week. So its generally a two week process....

I submitted my ID for verification a week ago and never heard back. I asked for an update today and the reply I received (politely) told me to stop whining as it has only been a week and verification can take longer that that.

So 1 week+ for id then another 2 weeks for a withdrawl to get processed? Not a winning formula in my book.
