In case some of you were looking for the 'final straw' to give you a reason to NOT give WinPalace your business, I think I found it.
You may remember one of my
very first threads back when I joined regarding 'the source of much of your spam'.
Today, TWO of these 'canary traps' received the following:
From: "Coupons" <no-reply@wibsitehitz.com>
Subject: UK Casino Bonus

Now a routine trace of the source indicated that it originated from PlazmaHost.co.uk
They happen to have live chat capability and were online, so I had a little chat with them and they confirmed that, not only did the emails DID originate from their servers, but there were 25,000 more in the queue to be sent.
These were immediately canceled and PlazmaHost 'have dealt with the customer accordingly and have also blacklisted the customer from purchasing services with us ever again.'
So a HUGE
to PlazmaHost for dealing with this criminal.
As for WinPalace, when I tried to contact them, the chat host completely dismissed my point and kept reverting to 'what is your user ID so that I may complete your requests to close your account'
The epitome of shoddy customer support.
Not only did they dismiss the reason I initiated the live chat, but they are allowing an affiliate to use a mailing list obtained from The Virtual Casino Group to spam on their behalf.
