A player came to us after having tried since mid-December to get a response to a £1000+ withdrawal request. The casino never responded to the player and had ignored all attempts to raise the issue.
Over the course of five weeks we tried several times to contact the casino: our first attempts were simply ignored; then suddenly their mail server was rejecting our emails. Live chat never worked. Whatever the player's issue at the casino that's pretty dodgy behaviour and so ...
