Try to contact the casino Monday during business hours and find out what their normal time frame is for both verifications and payment after verification. I'm unclear whether the utility bill address issue got resolved. But I do know sometimes email programs compress files, and occassionally the recipient doesn't seem to get what we have sent.
I've sometimes found it helpful to get an agent in livechat and send email to support while I have them. While they can't do your security verification, they can tell you if they can open and read the attachments. Tuesday is another holiday as well.
