Resolved Winner casino not paying

I'm having issues with Winner Casino (owned by the same company as Casino Del Rio), won a small amount $170.00 on a non deposit bonus. This casino is now stalling my payment. I sent through my documentation including a utility bill to which the payments department responded "there is no proof of address" blatant lie... My address is stated right at the top!

I also had to make a deposit of $50 to withdrawal my winnings. I was originally planning to keep playing but looks like a scam to keep my money. There must be something seriously wrong when they have issues paying such a small amount of $170.

I'll be updating this thread as things progress but at the moment I'd strongly advise against playing at this casino.

I can assure you there is nothing wrong with this Casino.

Is it the 30 No deposit bonus or the 50 No deposit Bonus you used?

Also is your utility bill within the last 3 Monthsand was it scanned into your computer or was it a Email?

The $30 no deposit bonus. I've cleared the play through, made the withdrawal, and forwarded my documentation. The bill is recent, was scanned into my computer, and then sent via email.

The email along with the proof of address have been sent to them. The payment department has seen the bill and are claiming there is no address on it when it's clearly written at the top.

I'm really surprised with this incident as originally they seemed to be legitimate. They wanted me to make a withdrawal before the $200 max restriction was taken off my account. I probably would have played it all back eventually (being a slots player) but this has not been a very good first impression.

Yes thats right i did.

No i just wanted other peoples opinions before i went ahead with a certain thing, I havebeing speaking to a rep for quite a while from there and we get on so fingers crossed he will get this sorted ASAP so mrmark will get paid.

As you know your self Affiliates have quite a good stronghold with a casino if something like this comes up so a word in the right ear might see the issue sorted.

Maybe so, but I don't think it's okey that you stated that there's nothing wrong with them just because you have connections.
That's not how a good affiliate are doing it. At least not here.

I Also play at 7 regal one of there other groups and havent had a problem so if i feel there is nothing wrong i will say that.
That is my opinion and i will be keeping to that

Anyway back to Topic.

Had a win at 32 Red yesterday, knowing you'll be paid is always a good thing :)

Yes, I've told you all of this was completed. I have a screen shot of the play through requirements page... The casino is simply not paying. Seems to me too be a scam to take the players money that they've deposited in order to get the withdrawal.

I currently caution people against playing at this casino.

Seems obvious where you're agenda is, especially considering it wasnt long ago you were asking about what people thought of this casino... I have told you I completed the requirements. That's what seems to make this a scam, the fact they wont pay out even after I've completed the requirements, furthermore they were actually processing the withdrawal for me after the representative confirmed that I was able to make one.

How am I wrong?

I have the emails to prove this, I even have the email where they told me there was no address on the bill I sent.

So how were they allready processing.

It might have said that on your Account Page but beleive me they werent processing your WDL

The very interesting this is that Winner Casino seems to have deleted this bonus from my account, along with the wagering requirements that were fulfilled.

You can however see when I made the withdrawal and the fact that there is nothing in the bonuses section of my account, because they have deleted it...

I've got more proof, but I think this is proof enough that they appear to have deleted the bonus details from my account.

It says waiting because they were waiting on my documentation or at least that's what i thought. I have met the requirements?

Why else did they delete the bonus from my account? I've told you plenty of times that I met the requirements, the fact that you keep telling me I didn't is just a testament to the fact that you have another agenda... Plan on becoming an affiliate?
